Hotel located in a privileged location. View of all Madrid.

Due to its location, friendliness of all the staff and very good services both in the restaurant, bar and breakfast buffet. We will be back.

The hotel is located in the financial heart of Madrid, very close to Plaza Castilla and with multiple means of transport nearby such as metro station and different bus lines.

I went to a dinner at the restaurant on the 30th floor and asking for a drink only gin they had was Larios. Or at worst a neighborhood bar that will happen.

I love beautiful hotel, the only thing a bit expensive parking ...

Not up to four stars up. The room is spacious but ordinary, and clean as well.

Impressive building from the architectural point of view. The spaciousness of the rooms and the bathroom are appreciated. However, what the rooms offer is close to a four-star hotel, not five. A little shabby the wood of the rooms.

A fabulous skyscraper hotel in the heart of Madrid, as part of the 4 tallest and fabulous buildings in the city. In itself it is a show to see them. Being in the hotel is an experience

The supposedly double bed of 2x2 in room 2216 There were two mattresses of 90 coupled and springs of the 70s, I have the back ground and it is embarrassing for a hotel d 5 stars, we also booked in the spa and there were 7 people part d us two so we could not enjoy the facilities, the breakfast very well and the attentive staff, the facilities and excellent cleaning, the attentive staff, but in reception receptionists need experienced who know how to serve customers well. I will continue staying at the palace hotel where in more than 5 years I have never stayed and had no incident and are always attentive in everything.

I was in the spa on the 29th floor and the truth is that the views are very nice although I expected them to be better. The excellent care and the quality of the improvable and small spa.

Amazing experience, delicious food and treated us phenomenally

I have spent a weekend there to disconnect. Fantastic attention from the staff, great design, good breakfast. The SPA is small, but as you have to book, there will always be room and never more than 8 people.

Very good overall. The rooms are great, with everything you might need. Breakfast is spectacular, very complete and all great. The gym is complete enough to be a hotel, but the machines are a bit old and wooden floors. The basement bar is too expensive, they charged me 16 for a combo, and it was nothing of the other world. For a hotel that category, I missed valet parking.

IMPROVE FACILITIES AND ATTENTION RECEIVED; THE FOOD, A BUFFET, INCLUDED IN THE OFFER, GOOD BUT BETTER IN SOME ASPECTS, VARIETY OF MEAT AND FISH ... BUT WELL, TO REPEAT.

This hotel is a disgrace. They asked me for my credit card as a deposit, they debited me 200 euros and to this day they have not returned the money.
I'm tired of complaining. They always tell me that they will give me back the money but they never do. This is a police case! Shameful!

Very bad experience with this hotel. I have been charged an improper charge on my credit card for the amount of 284.00 (in addition to the correct amount of the reservation made) and from my first complaint mail, which have already been completed for 6 days, I still have no solution by reservations or reception. Lamentable operation, and I think I'll have to end a complaint in police station.

Worker in the Eurostar until March 15, who decreed an alarm state, they control you with mobile phones since you have to scan the QR code when you make the room, they threw us all without any explanation since we are of a lousy treatment of the worker, you have to make 15 rooms in 6 working hours (today waiting if I will have a new contract or not) but I am clear that HERE I WOULD NOT RETURN

The bathroom smelled of urine, also, the room was very small. I liked the views and the breakfast.

Attentive, friendly staff, very capable and willing to help; a 10/10 in particular to the cleaning staff. Fast room service and well prepared food. The rooms are quiet, spacious, VERY CLEAN; although maybe a tad outdated in style, but nice and fully equipped. Breakfast is good, complete, varied and, although nothing extraordinary, is complemented by the views from the 30th floor. The location of the building is perfect, just 10 minutes from the airport and well connected to the city by the Paseo de la Castellana. I can not give the five stars because, as of my date, they do not have "contactless" card payment and it could be a big problem if you take all your means of payment on your mobile. A huge failure in a Hotel of this category and price that, I am sure, will solve in a short time.

Small spa but it has the right and necessary. The views is its strong point. It seems expensive but you pay the view. You have water and you to serve whatever you want. You get a bathrobe and towel, so you just have to wear a swimsuit, hat and flip flops. Only 8 people can be there, so there is a lot of peace of mind.

The hotel is amazing, and the service excellent, especially the reception. The best of the rooms are obviously the views, without detracting from the rest of the aspects (installations, cleaning, etc). The only downsides are the location, a little away from everything, and the directions to access the roundabout in front of the hotel by car, which I did not see anywhere and I had to go around until I hit the site. It is accessed directly from the side of Castellana.

The bar of drinks would be the most frequented of Madrid if instead of locating it in a basement they had opened it in one of the superior plants (it is not understood that it has not been done thus). Even so, the cocktails are worth it.

The hotel is beautiful, big with nice rooms but a pity that the service was bad because it spoils, we arrived a little before the time of chek-in and the receptionist asked us 30 euros more for the room to 11:00 instead of 15:00 even though the room was available. and another negative: pity that the spa is paying
