The food is amazing. The waiters are so so so nice I decently recommend this place to every person in the universe

I'll start off by saying that I am not a fan of buffets or the Brazilian steakhouse model. That said if I have to do this kind of meal Espetus Churascaria is a good choice. The meats are tasty and plentiful and sides are tasty additions with many gluten free options. The wine list was pretty limited but reasonably priced.

Most excellent service and the choices of grilled meats is nearly celestial.

Excellent, one of the very best meals of my lifetime to be blunt. The never ending meat selection that's cut right in front of you is better than any other "meat" restaurants in the world! I'm serious, the place is fantastic!

The service we're superb, as we're the food. I definitely recommend this place. If your looking for something out of the norm then you should visit this place.

A meat lover's heaven. I'm not one to each much meat, but after visiting Espetus, I wondered why I never have been. From the pork loin with parmesan cheese to the bacon-wrapped chicken, I couldn't say no when a new cut of meat was offered from the friendly waiters. The tender lamb just about melted in my mouth, and the filet mignon was to die for. To balance things out, the prix-fixe menu includes an open salad and hot-plate bar with plenty of vegetarian choices.

I love the selection. Get ready to load your self with some meaty goodness filet mignon wrapped in bacon YUMMY. My mistake was i ate some salad! Price went up i heard from my last visit $60. You must try and you must have hard liquor to digest all that meat.

Great food, great drinks, and great service. Everything was good, cannot pass up the chicken hearts and pork belly!

If you like Fogo de Chao, you ll love here. I go to Fogo maybe once a month and I enjoy that experience. While in San Francisco I wanted to try Espetus. It s better. There are more side dishes. I was almost put off by the two hour table time. It made me wonder how long I sit and eat at restaurants. Two hours was fine but I did notice that because we booked one of the later reservations, they only passed once with each meat. I enjoyed the pasta and pineapple. There were so many non red meat options which I tend to enjoy more. If I m back in San Francisco, I ll definitely be back here.

Service and the food were some of the very best I have had in a long time . The salad area alone is awesome .

I frequent this unique restaurant once a month because I enjoy the good air that is part of this place. The personel is awfuly helpful and qualified. The service is exceptionally efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is highly distinguished. I ate there often and I was always joyful. The pay is fair. I highly suggest this place to to all.

Went here for an anniversary date... it exceeded our expectations, and we had been looking forward to trying for so long! The food was excellent, the lunch special phenomenal, and the staff were all very sweet. They even brought us a surprise dessert to share when they learned of our anniversary! I've recommended Espetus to everyone I know.

My first time going here with all the senior citizens that live in the Coop Homes, and I had a great time. Excellent food.

Great place to indulge in different cuts of meat. The staff is welcoming. However the salad bar has lacked creativity and the meat quality no longer stands out. Maybe a different ownership.? For $$$ I d consider this as more of an experience.

Everything is delicious. Everyone is wonderful! All is right in the world when I am enjoying a meal at Espetus. Pricey, but well with it.

Worth my wait in line (one hour), AND the price ($80, tax and tip). Absolutely EXCELLENT food and service. Will definitely be back if ever in the area again, and would recommend it to ANYONE over ANYTHING.

I get this place for stars only because we had a reservation showed up 10 minutes early and didn't get seated until 25 minutes after our reservation time once we were seated the dining experience was really good we were a party of four we had a great time the atmosphere the servers the food 17 different Meats were served at our table the science word delectable really nice worth every penny side note go hungry

Excellent choice of salads and grilled meat cuts. Service was very affected and fake friendly.
Nice Bossa Nova background music. As it happens in almost all churascarias a bit overpriced. Front of house should not be rubbishing clients or third parties in Spanish, as in San Francisco almost everyone understands it, me included. If you go there be sure that you are really hungry as either way you will be paying for it.

Nice dining place. However, Lobster bisque is way too salty. Filet and ribeye are good, very juicy and tasty.

This is the best restaurant I've been to. The service was excellent, the food was delicious & the atmosphere was wonderful. The champagne was even better. Had a great time spending my 10th anniversary there. We will absolutely be returning:-)

Not quite as good as fogo de Chao, but still a pleasant churrascaria.

Intriguing carved meat table-side service and variety second to none. It's a meat eater's paradise but the salad bar is also a winner. The all you can eat format makes this a value and the food makes it a treat.

From the first moment you arrive in that place the stuff gives you a comfortable feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a nice restaurant to go out with your friends or with your date. delicious cuisine, talented chef, comfortable price and professional service. Warmly recommended.

The best Brazilian barbecue restaurant I've ever been to. The meats are super well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and super flavorful. I've been to many Brazilian barbecue places before and this is one of the best. It's also mind-blowing how many different cuts of meat there are. The selection is enormous alongside of a very well-stocked cold and hot food buffet that's separate of the meats.

Over all service was good with the exception of tall gray hair gentleman with glasses, whose comment due to my wife requesting more of what she went there to eat is not appraciated. Otherwise enjoyed food and ambience.

Came here for lunch with some friends and while we were satisfied, nothing really stood out. My personal favorites were the top sirloin steak and the chicken hearts(!). The other meats were a dry or not very flavorful. I did not try any of the sides as i was focused on the meats.

So much meat, great date spot and they are very accommodating for large groups, just ask them.

The best steakhouse ever!!! Ive been celebrating my birthdays/anniversaries here been coming back for years! My favorite is pork belly, paella, corn and many more! #1 favorite restaurant in the city. I dont have pics of the steak cuz its in my belly lol

Go there for your yearly meat fix! $100 for meal + drinks.

Very high level of service but above all the food was top class for a mid-range restaurant.

You eat all the meat you could ever possibly handle and then some! I recommend not filling up with the side dishes and try the meats. They will bring different cuts to your table and you can try as many as you want. It's buffet style lunch for $30 and dinner for $60, but It is the same food, so eat at lunch and save some $$$. Drinks are not included, and please bring your appetite!

Good . Fugo De choa and Texas De Brasil are much better.

If you love meat, that is the right place, for sure

Great food, decent service and atmosphere, and overpriced wine (but what else do you expect from a poncy SF restaurant?).

So why two stars and not three or four? Healthy SF surcharge. Espestus, instead of rolling the cost to provide healthcare to their underpaid employees into the price of the meal, choose to add it as an extra surcharge at the bottom of the bill. This is a blatant way for them to passive-aggressively complain about the local politics to the customer. It's disrespectful and nearly constitutes false advertisement of their prices since they don't inform you of the surcharge until you've finished your meal and received the bill.

I understand that Healthy SF raises the cost to do business. If they need to pass the cost to the customer, fine. But raise your prices, don't surprise me with a $60 surcharge at the end of the meal. Leave the customers out of your politics.

We will never eat here again.

I constantly stop by getting some food in this spot. I enjoyed the fast customer service and well made dishes. I recommend this place.

Just Omg! I come to this place every time I am in San Francisco and it's amazing!

I had my wedding reception here in their private room on a Friday afternoon. The service was PHENOMENAL. Cyrus and his team took care of my guests and wedding party with extra care. The food was AMAZING as well as the drinks. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Espetus and team for making my day extra special and care free.

Typical churrascaria. They have all you can find in brazil. I was particularly looking for the chicken hearts which they serve ! Nice buffet with delicious Feijoada.

Been here a number of times. Made a reservation for Valentine's day. They took my card info to reserve the table and informed me if i was to cancel the day of or not show up, my card will be charged. My husband and i went to the restaurant. My name was in the system but no reservation. Felt like they should have accommodated us. They didnt. I liked them before this experience. I'll check out the San Mateo location before ever thinking of Back to the San Francisco location.

I have been to 4 different Brazilian steakhouses and this was not my favorite but was a close second. They had a great variety of food in the salad bar selection and the meat that was brought out had great flavor. The service was good and well worth the money spent.

Food was good and service was pleasant. Pricing is too high for the selection they offer though. All the red meat was a bit too rare in my opinion and none of the servers asked how well we like our meat. I generally like rare/medium-rare but the only option here was rare. Other Brazilian steakhouses I've been to ask how we look our meat cooked and specifically cut just that portion of the meat. It's a little difficult to do that here since their meat is almost all rare. Amazing quality of each selection of meat. The beef ribs and filet mignon were my favorite. All the other red meats tasted quite the same.

Salad bar, pretty average. They have special stews and hot dishes at the salad buffet, stew was perfect, the paella was a bit mushy.
Cleanliness of the restaurant deserves an A+.

I came to this location earlier this year and no other Brazilian steakhouse has impressed me as much as Espetus has. The service here was very good , the vibe was fun and the food kept coming. The meats were so very delicious. Im so glad we made it to dessert be because it was worth it!

At 80$ a person it's pricey but the food is amazing, and the service is top notch. Come hungry

Amazing place as the meats were superb. The highlight for hubby was "pork belly", tender and perfectly prepared. They have many side dishes to choose from as well.

The atmosphere is Elegant and we were seated by the window which gave us a perfect view of the locals. Very attentive staff.

This is THE place to go in San Francisco. The staff here are hands down the best. I've been to a great many restaurants and have never been treated more like family than when I'm here. The food is to die for. There are others in town that try to replicate what they do but they're nowhere close in any regard.

Best Brazilian steakhouse around the bay. Big variety of meat and perfect control on the doneess. The waiting staffs are very attentive.

The menu and service were ahead of my expectations. I surely loved the environment of this spot. Excellent spot to take the family out for lunch.

I went here for a company event but only managed to take pictures of the dessert. The dessert was okay but it could have been better. The various cuts of meat were solid but similar to other Brazilian steakhouse restaurant. It s been a while since I ve done a Brazilian steakhouse; so, I would want to check other spots out before checking this one out again. The staff was nice and friendly, though.
