As a business partner who working with this company. I like them very much because they are fast and accurate and professional when it comes to my aspect, I didn't see any bad side in this aspect. And if they are professional in one aspect I don't think they would be unprofessional and careless in the other aspect of business.

Very disappointed with this product. It's a very expensive mattress, and it developed deep depressions within weeks (not even months). Rotating mattress just created symmetric depressions, again after weeks. Company sent inspectors of their own choosing who declared the deformation 'within tolerances" and did nothing to correct it. Ended up buying a different mattress because of the problems.
Purchased our Aireloom "enchanted" model queen mattress from sit n sleep in Upland and after 2 years felt compelled to post this review due to abnormal back pain. We were sold on the body mapping pitch by the sit n sleep rep and we overspent on a 3k Aireloom mattress. Our thought was that we spend many hours of our lives sleeping so why not buy the "best" this time.... We'll,,, after 2 years I along with my wife have experienced what it's like for 40 year olds to feel like your in your 80's after waking up. The mattress may be soft and feel good to lay on in the store but don't be fooled. This over priced pad has begun to severely sag and will guarantee you back issues to the point that you feel crippled each morning. I've left numerous messages with Aireloom directly as they are local without a single return call. Bottom line..... the mattress is not worth anywhere near what's being charged. My wife and I are going back to custom comfort which is what the mattress replaced after 14 years of service. You're killing my back Larry!!!
This company does NOT honor it's warranty!! Buyer beware!!!
I bought a Serta and Ashley mattress and after six months I got back problems. I wish I knew about Aireloom before spending my money. I d rather spend a little more on a high quality mattress than a cheap mattress that ll make my body ache. I m buying Aireloom from now on!
If there was a spot to give zero stars, I would try to find something even lower!!! This company is definitely the saddest of all mattress companies. Our mattress developed sink holes within six months on both sides, and then even on both top and bottom, as we tried to utilize the whole mattress by turning it in all directions. We, as others have stated, called the vendor, as well as the company, and both were to no avail. This company should be sued through class action. If others agree, then let's get it started, as we spent about $5000 for our king-size mattress and box spring that is total trash. Besides that, I sleep better on the floor, which has relatively nice carpet. Buyer beware!!!!
Really disappointing response to an issue with the mattress top developing dips. The company says that this is "normal" and won't do anything. I would advise people to buy a less expensive mattress and plan on replacing it, the Kluft mattresses don't last at all.
I made delivery here. Driveway is at north corner from Jersey. Came shortly after 05:00. A little mess on the yard with packaging materials and recycle but plenty of space to back up to the dock. Communicate with staff. They are friendly here. My trailer was unloaded within 2 hours.
Sadly, I will not purchase a Kluft Aireloom again. I thought I was purchasing a quality high- end bed. After only two years there are sinkholes on both sides, I called Aireloom and they shared there is nothing they will do about it and contact the vendor for remediation-to no avail. Also, because they are handmade, body impression exposure will happen per their Warranty department. Very poor experience, I have been relegated to sleeping on our floor until we purchase a sound bed. Please ask the right questions prior to purchasing.
I've tried to contact customer service for 3 weeks now, but to no avail. Have tried to email them and call. Have left messages too. My mattress is under warranty and is giving us a lot of issues. I'd like to speak to someone about this. Who can help??
The best investment ever!! I looooove my Aireloom mattress. I look forward to bed now. Before I would dread going to sleep because I knew that I would be aching when I woke up in the morning. Not anymore! I love how plush it feels and how much support it gives to my body. I m glad I decided to invest on a good mattress. No regrets at all!!
Jonathan, our salesman at Mancini's Sleepworld, went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. When the Simmons Beautyrest NGX 300 delivered to our home turned out to be much firmer than the one in the showroom (even after giving it 15 nights to 'soften up'), he helped us find a better alternative - the Aireloom Hybrid Bamboo (AKA "Mellisa Plush II").
We have been sleeping comfortably for over a month now, and are very happy with the Eastern King size mattress.
I am a frequent traverler and sleep on all kinds of mattresses every week at hotels. Recently we needed a new mattress and decided to spend a fortune for a new queen Aireloom silverstrand about 4K. AFter 2 nights on the mattress my husband and I had the WORST debilitating back and neck pain we have ever experienced. This is the worst mattress that will make you sick if you try to get it to work. I thought that as one of the most expensive mattreses it would be ideal but dont let the price fool you. Do NOT buy this mattress unless you want to suffer sleepless nights and horrible pain. I am still waiting for Aireloom to refund my money but it is unlikely they will ever respond. They just take your money and disappear. A horrible mattress and a terrible company. Dont wasted your money spend 50% less and get a good nights sleep
