Great skiing in Avoriaz. Was nice to have the all in price so we knew that there were no hidden extras. Ski passes waiting at the apartment was a nice touch. recommend the british ski school there.
Nice shiny new Montane jacket, exactly what I wanted. Talk about great comms, the picker, packer and poster emailed me on progress. Really good service
The service from absolutely snow and Duncan was terrible. We had to chase for every part of the booking. The hotel was changed at the last minute, and did not have the promised facilities.
Duncan has not replied to our emails since.
Don't touch with a barge pole.
We booked a holiday through this website and received the worst service I have ever encountered. They were unable to provide the accommodation they had advertised and taken payment for, they sent no confirmation of the booking and took several phone calls and emails to get any meaningful response (which only really occurred after threatening the involvement of ABTA). At this point they offered a reduced standard and size of apartment for an increased cost and still without confirmation of any of the additional items we had paid for. I ended up reclaiming the deposit paid via my credit card company and would certainly not reocmmend booking with this company.
Do not trust this man!!
Among many failures sorting out our ski break to Andorra in Feb 2018, Duncan failed to book the pre-paid ski school, and has promised to repay me ever since. He has employed what seems to me to be ever more elaborate ways to stall paying the refund. Needless to say no refund yet. Choose another more competent travel agent.
I must start by saying that Duncan and Sarah were both lovely on the phone but the service they provided was useless. I would have been better off booking everything myself, at least then I would have known what to expect.
When we initially discussed the trip I was quoted flight and transfer times but when the paperwork came through the flight was 4hrs earlier and the transfer home was 1hr earlier, reducing our skiing time.
When the boarding passes and tickets arrived my partner s name was incorrect throughout and they were unresponsive by phone and email when I tried to get it corrected.
The flights and transfer times left us sitting around for hours and when we arrived in resort we had no clue about where our hotel was located, luckily the tourist information was open and helpful.
We were promised a late check out to allow us to ski on the last day and get showered prior to departure, but nothing had been arranged and it wan t until breakfast on the last day and a 20 euro charge that it got resolved.
Overall for the amount of care and attention given and the ease of each stage of the journey, I would have been much better off doing it myself or using a more competent company.

What a fantastic hotel, the hosts were what you'd hope for, friendly, attentive, genuine, and suppliers of fantastic food and wine.
All rooms on-suite, a Hot-tub, and Ski-bus stop virtually on the doorstep....
What more do you wish for..???

Just booked our fifth holiday with Absolutely. Stumbled across them on holiday on Anglesey. They know their stuff and come in quite a bit cheaper than Crystal for their holidays to Andorra. Have done Andorra four times trying Trysil this next half term.
Went to Grandvalira, Andorra with Duncan. Very good service, easy steps and would definitely recommend.
This company introduced me to Andorra in 2017, then Baqueira in 2018 and Trysil 2019. I have nothing but praise for the service they provided me and my family.
