Knocked on my door at 8:45pm at night trying to tell me I'm on a list of people who's bill is too high. Any company that thinks it safe or smart to have people out this late is not a company I want to do business with.
For years now they have always helped with any issue I faced. From various payment options to help my particular situation to a breakdown of every cost listed on my bill. On top of making sure I am paying the lowest costs when it comes to kilowatts.
Entrust Energy's Weekly Usage Report gives me the chance to see how much electricity I've been using and what the temperature has been! It's really interesting and useful. I enrolled in Auto-Pay too with my credit card for the bonus miles! My previous provider didn't let me do that. How bout that!?
They are a ripoff. They told me I was going to pay less than what i was already paying with ambit energy. My bill for ambit was $50 the max i never went higher than that and i have been with ambit for 2 years. When an agent came to my door and said My bill will be less based on my last bill from ambit. I ask him how less he told me it wont be no more than $24. I signed up with them in my first bill was $64. And it keep going up know i am at $150. Nothing has changed from how i live and the energy i use. Entrust is just a rip off. And i am not the only one my neighbor signed up with them and the same thing happened to her. I read the reviews and the same thing is happening to other members ENTRUST IS JUST A RIPOFF. I wish i never signed up with them.. AMBIT ENERGY was the best company for me.
This electric company is awful. We do not use electric heaters or central air. Every week they say my energy usage has gone up.
We have paid our bill on time and even early until October 2020. Given the pandemic and financial downfalls because of it, an agency is helping us with our light bill. Entrust energy is still charging us a late fee plus some other $20 BS late fee charge. Goes to show they don't give a damn about their GOOD and ON TIME paying customers. We will be looking for another light company at the first of the year.
I switch to them thinking i was getting a better deal than my old light company total scam very disappointed cant wait till my contract is up they scamed my whole apts smh

So far I like it this will be 4 years I been with them good customer service and the kw is affordable!! Will remain customer so far.
This is beyond every line . Representative is very nonprofessional, Im on wait now for over the hour for manager.This is horrible service. They charge you excessive money for TDU and First choice charge just $4.95 a month. ET rep tell me when he was in my house TDU will not be even close to what i was paying at that time.Now im paying more then ever (almost 40-45 procent od the bill) Im disabled and at this time City pay my electric.Even they put plague on my acc on time and pay by time is up wich is 4 day Entrust charge me late fees and disconnection notes. Plus they charge me this month same fee of $15 twice. Rep i talk today was not trained he is just good liar.They are just lying scumbag. Every representative have different story trying to sell to u. Looking for new provider.
