We have paid our bill on time and even early until October 2020. Given the pandemic and financial downfalls because of it, an agency is helping us with our light bill. Entrust energy is still charging us a late fee plus some other $20 BS late fee charge. Goes to show they don't give a damn about their GOOD and ON TIME paying customers. We will be looking for another light company at the first of the year.
