It is easy to give good customer service when ever...

It is easy to give good customer service when everything goes right but hard when there are mistakes. I have purchased games and movies from entertainmart but nothing big until recently. I went to purchase a used phone and due to a mistake the phone was not from the company advertised and I could not activate it on my network. The return process was simple and painless. If they had the phone I wanted on my network I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. I'll keep checking in the meantime. I just want to thank the customer service rep that helped me to fix it.
