Absolutely ridiculous! I have never received service as horrible and insulting as this. I bough a Wii and a game at the Entertainmart in Colorado Springs. The game froze after about 10 minutes and would not play after that. I took the game back to the same location to return it. The cashier told me that the game had "laser burn" on it and that it did not qualify for a return. I asked to speak with a supervisor that could better assist me. The next lady that came up told me the same as if they were reading from a script. I simply asked how the disk was damaged and they told me that the machine is what causes the issue. Then I pointed out that the Wii was purchased from them and was on the same receipt so how is it my fault if the machine damaged the disk. Then she changed her story, saying that the machine has to be jarred or dropped while it is playing the disk. I told her that no such thing happened that I and most people put a machine on a shelf and that is where it stays, why would someone put a computer or a gaming system in a location that it would fall. She then replied to me with "well I don't live with you so I'm not sure what you do." I told her again that the system was stable and that it never got jarred and she continued to ignore my statement. I then told her that service like that would cause someone to shop elsewhere, that I had no need to shop there if that was the level of customer service that I was going to receive, to which she replied "GOOD!" I then asked to speak with a manager or someone else that could assist me and she said that she was the manager and there was no one else that I could speak to. Then she offered an exchange of the game, I was fine with that. She then continued to state that they don't cover "laser burn and my account would be flagged!" She then told the cashier, "help this guy and get him out of here!" I have never had to deal with such a frustrating person that clearly has no ability to relate to another person. I will not shop at this store again and I will make sure to share this story with anyone I can.
