Beautiful, colorful, clean and welcoming with a really friendly staff. But x too .... a Po for disorganization or because the package of the 5sensi room (booked on the internet) was new ... it didn't really go so smoothly on that day reserved for an important anniversary. I must say that they offered me all the extras of my stay with their apologies for the inconvenience.
It is always nice to come to this hotel for meetings and business meetings. Friendly staff.

I have been staying at the Enterprise for years when Macef takes place in Milan in January. The environment is really beautiful, warm in the welcome and well cared for. The comfortable and clean rooms.

I was in Milan for health reasons and stayed with my wife one night.
I have to congratulate the management as it is clear that the first rule sent to the staff is attention to the customer .. since our arrival we have been followed and pampered by Luigi at the reception.
Not to mention the dinner, full respect of security protocols and I want to thank and compliment Mr. Pietro of the room .. example of competence, professionalism and kindness .. FROM 5 STARS !!
I have not given the maximum for the room in my opinion too small and not at the height of a 4-star hotel .. I underline, however, maximum cleaning !!

Very nice hotel with great and clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great lobby. The best thing about the Enterprise is the breakfast. There are many different fruits, breads and spreads. Many cakes and freshly prepared from the pan.
Excellent location for events. Modern design with much ease and comfort to arrive. Precise and attentive to detail service. Possibility to have a multiprocessor in the same room (up to 5 projections in the room where I was) and an excellent audio to hear the conference. Varied buffet, rich and very tasty.

On the street it is rather loud, the tram makes a lot of noise, and this street also seems to be the route of the ambulance.

2 points deduction for the reception staff. Bad information and linguistic ability. In Milan so close to Switzerland, for a hotel of this class category, it is to be expected that a few sentences in German are a minimum for the handling and directions to the old town.
Only after request we got a street map and this was wrongly explained to us after the question in which direction the old town is located, how we then had to find out. We were given a feeling of being annoying and inexperienced. Conclusion: At the reception there is a lack of cordiality and the art of making the guest feel welcome.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but in the immediate vicinity there is the tram stop, the famous vintage trams (they are from 1928) but perfectly functional and with vintage charm. Enterprise is a good hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Four stars of the Planetary chain located in Corso Sempione, beautiful lobby with couches cozy alcoves and a large bookcase to the ceiling. So many references to the East: Chinese beds, trunks as a coffee table, Buddha and even a fountain. A winter garden in the center of the structure and the Sophia's restaurant for dinner.

Despite my short experience here (only one evening for an event), I can confirm that it is a very original and charming hotel, with an oriental trend for its decor, it is cared for in every detail and aspect.
The staff is very professional and helpful and is therefore a suitable place for those looking for high quality services.
I highly recommend it, moreover, to make memorable events more or less large (for the ability to accommodate people in the room).

I was on the sixth floor at the Kyoto spa. A very small Spa, in fact they organize admissions of two people at a time. Yacuzzi 4 emotional shower for two and sauna, plus a terrace with two sdraio.Io companion and I spent a couple of relaxing hours. The coupon was a gift, so I probably wouldn't choose it

I had booked a triple last year after returning from New York. I needed a room for one night.
Upon our arrival, after check in, they accompany us along the beautiful corridors ... well-kept ... to arrive in front of a security door ... we literally went out of the hotel.
In another area where they had mini apartments. (Which had nothing to do with the care of the main facility).
Badly maintained room, full of drafts and renovated without particular care. (Indeed)
Having ordered it many months ago, I didn't remember what it was like but, I was sure it couldn't be what I had chosen.
The next morning I checked and in fact I was assigned another room that was not even listed on the website.
They justified that they wanted to give us a larger room and were sorry they offered us breakfast
A few days later the management sends me an email apologizing for the incident.
Both the reception and the rooms dedicated to the event were very clean and the organization was excellent
