Very nice city hotel. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are designed with a slight Asian appearance - very nice. The beds comfortable and the bathroom modern and with window. Sure, because centrally in the city with the window open a certain noise level. The hotel as well as the rooms very clean. The breakfast was equipped with everything you could wish for. The Tramstadion (public transport) was about 5 minutes from the hotel. For just 1.50 you could easily in a historic tram drive to the center.

Breakfast is good. The room is nice. But the bathroom is something. The cork was picked off with a knife, the mechanism did not work. The shower began to flow and I could hardly rinse. At 4 stars pulls with pressure

Gorgeous hall and clean room. Only extremely small in relation to the amount paid (140 per night). Super breakfast.

Awesome place (of course not cheap). The only problem was that the spa is not huge but has a view to the Duomo. Perfect for spoiling yourself!

Nice personnel, rooms are clean, located close to a train station, so you can be in the city center within like 15 minutes in one of those cute old trams. Would come again. (4* instead of five just for the not properly working bathtub drain which didn't get fixed)

Excellent hotel - unusual design in Asian style, very convenient location (by tram number 1 you can get to the city center in 10 minutes, and in another 10-15 minutes drive through the city center, through the window you can see all the main sights of the city).
Excellent value for money.
The room itself is of normal size, but everything you need is there, you don't feel cramped. All equipment in the room looks new.
There is hourly parking on the next street, and there is also an underground parking service at the hotel.

A great hotel in a very good location. It has very large common areas, a large number of conference rooms. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is practically perfect, lots of stuff of the highest quality. Room always pilot and orderly.

Good P / L ratio, good location, slightly outside of the center, but only 30 minutes away on foot or by ancient tram.

We stayed in this hotel for a business conference. There were problems with the projector. The structure is however cured.

I met this hotel for the convention center area, I didn't stay.
The common areas are in the ethnic style of the east, pretty but sometimes a little excessive ...
Corridors not very spacious, on the other hand well-equipped and functional meeting rooms, with good redundancy of audio-video equipment.
Good catering.
Unfortunately not easy to reach, the nearest metro is about 600mt.
However, I judge him positively.

The music in the lobby is pretty loud. Also, we could hear the music from the restaurant in our room. Otherwise the room was very clean and the amenities were good. The breakfast buffet is very good for the money.

The downside is that the kitchen doesn't work at night.
But overall the prices are more reasonable and the rooms are clean

I found myself really well in this hotel with a unique style, with some oriental references and a touch of the 60s and 70s. The superior room is very welcoming, with parquet flooring, a large window and a spacious bathroom with a window. it is guaranteed also thanks to a good soundproofing, necessary in Milan. The staff is careful to satisfy you {the request for an extra blanket has been satisfied in no time at all}. Good account and no supplement for the presence of my Boston Terrier .

Elegant hotel, in a great location and with exceptional customer care

I attended an event, without staying overnight, The buffet at the restaurant is truly remarkable.

I was lucky enough to try this hotel as a restaurant and I must tell you that I had a great time. Very high quality, excellent service and first-class raw materials, not to mention a truly comfortable environment. If you want to make a great impression, celebrate a special event or a romantic evening, I highly recommend that you also evaluate this option, you will be more than satisfied.
Excellent mixed antipasto of cold cuts and cheeses (some really refined), in my case I tried the octopus and I must say it was really good, the steaks of my companions in the evening looked exceptional and they said they were excellent; as a dessert I tried their tiramisu, more than tasty, as a dessert must be, but I tasted their pistachio cream, fantastic.
On the menu we also find typical dishes such as risotto with ossobuco which, rightly, in a Milanese hotel cannot be missing.

I think the price is more than adequate.
I highly recommend it.

I was at the hotel for a professional conference, perfectly organized. The buffet lunch was definitely appreciated, with particular efficiency and personality of the hotel staff. The interiors are very well kept and of design, obviously I cannot express an opinion on the rooms not having stayed there

Mine was not a living room experience but we used the Venere room for a meeting. The hotel is undoubtedly spectacular, very unique and with a refined taste. The only big drawback is the staff people ... not very available, with a stink under the nose. The feeling is that we didn't treat ourselves like customers but we were almost a burden ... too bad

I visited the hotel during a training event and I appreciated the breadth and reception of the lobby; the conference room is well lit and equipped from an audio video point of view.

The name promises the stars, maaa .. nice location: very close to the tram stop and a few minutes walk from the metro. Nice and clean rooms .. the reception so professional and aseptic makes you feel like an intruder .. p.s. if they call you the taxi they make you pay!

This hotel is a bit outside the city center, but is very easy to get to by public transport.
The lobby is very nicely done and invites you to linger.
The rooms are well designed and in terms of cleanliness nothing to complain about.
The breakfast is very rich and spoiled with lots of goodies so that nobody has to leave the table hungry.
Only the spa area is rather silly and ingenious. If there are more than three visitors, the area is almost overcrowded and offers only a few "attractions". Although the spa is on the top floor of the hotel, the panoramic view is probably a little too much promised.
