Very pleasant atmosphere. Good service and very good breakfast!

A good conference room, and the hotel itself is in a very pleasant zone, far from the center.

The hotel is really very chic. The style could not please everyone. It is a boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean and above all the service beyond that is very worth mentioning. You can take a portable WiFi router for free. In the room every morning is a fresh bottle of water. Everything is up to date, as far as the room is concerned. The top location also comes to it. I would recommend it

I was in Milan for health reasons and stayed with my wife one night.
I have to congratulate the management as it is clear that the first rule sent to the staff is attention to the customer .. since our arrival we have been followed and pampered by Luigi at the reception.
Not to mention the dinner, full respect of security protocols and I want to thank and compliment Mr. Pietro of the room .. example of competence, professionalism and kindness .. FROM 5 STARS !!
I have not given the maximum for the room in my opinion too small and not at the height of a 4-star hotel .. I underline, however, maximum cleaning !!
Next time I will try a bigger room

Another breakfast gem in the room

Spectacular entrance, as in the advertising photos, polite and helpful staff.
Spacious and comfortable room. The only flaw was the bathtub, the mixer did not work well (or burn or freeze). For the rest everything is perfect.

Enterprise hotel: a guarantee of quality, courtesy and professionalism! I have been visiting this hotel for its aperitifs for years and I must say that they never really disappoint!

I went there with my family at the end of October on the occasion of the closing of the Expo for two nights in a family apartment. At the reception courtesy and professionalism our very nice and well furnished apartment the only flaw that to get there you have to go through the garage of the hotel very rich breakfast and for all tastes ...... Excellent availability of the maids morning for breakfast and the maitre and waiters in the evening for dinner ...... in short, if I return to Milan I would stay here again.

Very nice, modern furnished hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the tram stop, making it easy to reach. I highly appreciate the restaurant and breakfast. Just take one main course at the restaurant and get amuse-bouche and a glass of Prosecco.

The hotel is very nice, but the rooms a bit dated. The staff is very caring and the bar nice. The price of breakfast is much less it is excessive.

A Boho Chic Luxuraly discovery

I needed a hotel in that specific area for work. I didn't know him and I was amazed. The style of the common areas has an eclectic design and a little boho chic, modern with many vintage touches, warm and sophisticated. The photos I had seen online and which made me choose it did not lie. Too bad that x the historical period could not use the spa which I think is a gem of the structure.
The restaurant is delightful both to the eye in its structure and design and to the palate in its dishes. A simple menu but with carefully chosen raw materials and interesting off-menus. Great choice of wines. For breakfast I opted for room service and the choice is wide. Choose the included breakfast which is worthwhile if you love savory international breakfasts and artisanal baked goods.
Good value for money (not cheap but worth it all).

It was a terrible surprise and I discovered it because I am a member of the Lyoness circuit. I am also the owner of a Country Resort in Sardinia and I congratulate you as the very first thing for all the staff, really friendly and very professional and then for the quality of all the services and for the cleaning of the room and maintenance. Really surprising even in relation to the price.

Modern hotel, it combines contemporary design with the jungle and the aboriginal culture of the most remote and ancient Asia.

I was satisfied in every way. In the room there is a set of welcome towels with water slippers soaps and what may be missing can be ordered.

From the business point of view, the projectors in the meeting room did not work properly, in fact I have to say that they really got high. I hope it's just an isolated case, so 4 stars.

Clean. Good service. Close to several tram that allow you to go to the duomo or the train station.

I tried to book a room, after two calls I was told to call back the third time because the reservation person had moved ... they suggested me to send an email.
Nothing to say about the hotel but perhaps not know that they have a monopoly and have booked elsewhere.

Hotel room was in the annex so it was a bit odd going outside the hotel. It was not what we booked. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel itself looked nice.

Everything was great, is a little far from the tourist spots, but has a metro station near, breakfast was amazing, staff was great.

We were guests of this hotel from December 22nd to January 3rd 2017 and we cannot but speak well of it. Impeccable cleanliness, beautiful and welcoming room, friendly and competent staff, excellent location. Surely a possible next time in Milan is here that we will return. I was there for a convention.
Very anonymous hotel on the outside but when you enter it is like entering another world.
The entrance is large in with a very high ceiling.
The furniture is very nice, all in an Asian style.
Nice idea of having an outdoor area that is closed to the ceiling with glass, keeping everything very bright and pleasant at the bottom of which is a fountain with goldfish; I would recommend however to fix the hanging drapes from the ceiling which have probably been there for some time.
The bathrooms are very modern and the entrance with the sinks in the center and the column taps, alternating on two sides, are a nice glance, the only flaw is that washing your hands risks getting the person in front of you wet as the jet is very high compared to the sink. Also good idea to place the towels and the air for the hands on the sides of the entrance door.
Excellent air conditioning of the environment and in particular that of the meeting room which despite there were many allowed a good climate.
WiFi connectivity in meeting rooms is more than adequate.

Very roomy shower and bathroom. Air con was top class. Bed big and comfy. The main thing I liked was the smoking area / cafe and the general decor. The reception were highly skilled at organising limos and transfers. Coffee was great too. Location is ok but not a fantastic exterior look or street. Close to some touristy attractions though. Overall I would recommend the property and there were no issues of any kind even though we arrived very late and had a number of special requests, all of which were catered to. Room service options for late arrivals don't exist - directed to Pizza shop and newsagent down the road, I was surprised at that for a hotel of this calibre. Too few lifts and lift size compared to the property size - two lifts and small.

It's worth going there at least once, excellent place.

very luxurious Hotel: When I joined I was speechless. I entered the hotel to take advantage of the spa service. Nobody was there and I relaxed a lot. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was at the hotel for a professional conference, perfectly organized. The buffet lunch was definitely appreciated, with particular efficiency and personality of the hotel staff. The interiors are very well kept and of design, obviously I cannot express an opinion on the rooms not having stayed there

Good rooms, but too bright at night and quite noisy. Excellent service and cleanliness. Staff perhaps too cold and aloof, not very friendly.

Comfortable hotel, nice rooms and efficient staff. On the minus side: breakfast is varied but not so tasty and the rooms are noisy (the road is busy).

Great people, good room, average WiFi

The people at this hotel are very friendly and helpful - especially the front desk people, the breakfast team and the housekeeper. The breakfast was fantastic - the best selection I've seen for this class of hotel in Italy. The only problem we had was the WiFi connection dropping frequently - perhaps a one off problem but certainly ask for an upgrade if your room has such a problem.

Mind and Spirit sometimes need to get away from the hectic life of the big cities. This hotel really that collects, from design to culinary quality, elegance and comfort of the rooms.
But the real magic in the small and silent spa located on the top floor of the structure.
Pleasant stay
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The street cars (#1 and 17) stop just a minute walk away and will take you to downtown/Duomo in 30-35 minutes, so it's not very walkable to attractions. You can also take the #1 street car to Cadorna Train Station and take a train to Malpensa Airport, which will cost you 14.50 ( 1.50 for the street car, 13 for the train) and will take you about an hour door-to-door. It's a much cheaper option than MyTaxi/Uber ( 90+), but do account for wait times. As for the hotel, the room was pretty spacious, but just slightly dated, looking like the furniture was late-1990s/early-2000s chic. The bed was neither comfortable nor uncomfortable and the pillows were really lumpy. The wifi was ok (good signal, ok speeds), there are power outlets on both sides of the bed, and the room was decently quiet. The fitness center was small and didnt have much as for weights, with one poorly maintained universal weight machine, a set of poorly designed adjustable dumbbells, and a tiny, cheap bench that wobbles and feels like it will collapse. The connected restaurant, Sophia's, was solid though and the famed Massimo Gelato has a shop a few blocks away.

It was perfect!
We booked a room the night before so we could stay after the masquerade party. The same DJ (Gianluca) was booked for our evening party.
The Aperitivo, Dinner and service were amazing (Compliments to the chef too!).
A very professional team.
The decoration of the terrace and dining area were beautiful.
A big thank you to all the team but a special thanks to Paolo and Jessica who looked after the whole evening of our wedding.

Great location just steps from the Fair refined and welcoming lobby. Excellent breakfast and lunch. I would improve the rooms not brand new and too small (the bathroom claustrophobic).
