Visited on the occasion of a company meeting where I did not stay at the hotel. Being able to evaluate only conference services, excellent accommodation and logistics services, modular meeting rooms adaptable to all needs and helpful and friendly staff. Underground parking (not very large) directly connected to the hotel and convenient. Strategic position a short distance from the motorway of the lakes and the Mi.Co. (former Milan city fair). Recommended.

We decided to stay at Enterprise hotel in Milan as the price was decent, they claimed to have a spa and we wanted to stay at the same hotel as some friends of ours. The check in at the hotel was fast and we got room 215. The room was pretty inviting when we stepped into the room. The floor was in wood and the light striped walls. The bed was quite comfortable but I prefer a good duvet instead of various sheets and blankets. Apart from that there was a desk, a couple of chairs and a flat screen TV on top of a cabinet that contained a small fridge with various drinks a Coke was 3 . There was also a water boiler and some coffee/tea.

The bathroom was quite big and included a bathtub with a shower option that worked out pretty good there were also amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We had free wifi in the room and it was a bit of a hassle to get connected with several devices as we got a cryptic username and password when doing the initial registration but once online it worked pretty well.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. There was a separate egg station where they prepared eggs to your liking. They also had an extensive selection of cereal, bread, cakes, fruit, spread, juice etc. And for the kids they had the largest jar of Nutella that I have ever seen.

We also booked the hotel as they had some sort of spa. I guess we were expected too much as when we came to the spa Le terme di Kyoto it turned out to be basically a hot tub and a steam bath. We were all alone there and I had to fiddle with the hot tub to get the jacuzzi function started and there was not much fresh mint scent in the Turkish bath. But it was lovely to sit in the tub as our muscles were a bit sore after running a half marathon.

The location of the hotel is not that great located about 3 km from the Sforzesco Castle it is a bit away from the city center and it is not located near any metro station (nearest one is about 2 km away). But there is a tram line that runs past the hotel and you can use this to get closer to the city center.

All in all we were quite happy with the hotel but we only stayed there for one night so it is hard to evaluate it properly. But if I go to Milan again I would probably try to stay at a hotel located a bit closer to the city center or closer to a metro station.

The entrance hall is beautiful in its colors, the reception is not very comfortable and spartan for the ceck in. Reception not the best. Clean room, comfortable bed but the curtains were broken and there was no place to put the travel bags.
Before 7.00 in the morning there were already those who disturbed !!!

Despite my short experience here (only one evening for an event), I can confirm that it is a very original and charming hotel, with an oriental trend for its decor, it is cared for in every detail and aspect.
The staff is very professional and helpful and is therefore a suitable place for those looking for high quality services.
I highly recommend it, moreover, to make memorable events more or less large (for the ability to accommodate people in the room).
Price-quality adequate.

Absolutely brilliant in every aspect that a hotel can be. Bonus point: Television had Sky Sport & DAZN.

We have been here many times and have always been very satisfied. The breakfast is really outstanding by Italian standards. The ramp for the underground car park is unfortunately not for cars with a wide wheelbase that are a little deeper.

Although the hotel is clean and beautiful, plastic material came out of the food I had eaten. I showed this situation to the officers and said the dress tag is plastic and you can continue eating if you want.

The location is very convenient, close to the center, with a tram stop across the street, which leads directly to the metro stop. 20 minutes walk from Sempione park, warm and friendly service, reasonably priced underground parking, great hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really very chic. The style could not please everyone. It is a boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean and above all the service beyond that is very worth mentioning. You can take a portable WiFi router for free. In the room every morning is a fresh bottle of water. Everything is up to date, as far as the room is concerned. The top location also comes to it. I would recommend it

I went to the Sophia's garden restaurant. Very nice and pleasant environment. Anti covid rules ok. Polite and helpful waiter, good food and prices appropriate to the context.

Beautiful experience, excellent, well-kept and classy environment

Good hotel, good bar service, fast wifi. From my experience a year ago it was not pet friendly as advertised on the site, pets were simply accepted. I returned to the hotel a year later, the attention to the animals has improved, the staff was very kind and always available to meet some typical needs of those who bring an animal with them, the hotel is in continuous improvement and takes into account all customer reports. In the Mi.co area it is certainly the best offer.

Elegant, quiet, with large common areas.
I attended it for a conference so I can't give you any information about the rooms and hospitality. The services and the staff are excellent.

Fresh design, spacious rooms, large bathroom and quite rooms. I really enjoyed the breakfast which comes with a wide range of options including eggs of all sorts made on demand.

At first the place looks very cool with some fun quirky details when you check in and walk through the lobby area. The rooms are a bit more basic and not as fun as the lobby. The bathroom is very spacious and clean but I would very much have enjoyed a bathtub.

Unfortunately all pillows were too hard for me. I would have loved too get two different options. Ans the duvet was very strange. I really enjoyed the breakfast. They had everything you could expect from an Italian buffet including fresh fruit, focaccia, sweets and a lot of Nutella and pistachio cream. I also really enjoyed the omelet chef.

The location was a bit off but it s easy to get around with tram and tube. Tram Station located very close to the hotel which was nice in the evening trying to get home. It s also fairly close to isola district by public transportation.

We didn t get to try the spa which requires booking and extra fee even for guests. Also the opening times were not in sync with our tourist schedule. Hopefully next time :)

Great hotel: spacious, clean and well furnished room. Perfect bathroom, very spacious shower. Very close to the center (6-7 stops of one of the two trams available) and to the metro, very quiet area. Friendly staff. I will definitely be back!

The room was very adequate.
Catering for both breakfast and lunch could have been better.
All in all a very positive experience.

Very good hotel with great service. Rooms are cosy and well equipped, bathrooms clean. Only downside is the long, narrow, Shining-like corridors which feel a little claustrophobic. Amazing breakfast and if you are in the restaurant for dinner, make sure you order mozzarella as a starter.

Very polite, serious and a dreamlike ambience. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is available 24 hours for the guests and is on courteousness hard to beat. The service is very professional. Tv, safe and a possibility to have a cup of tea or coffee in the room are available. The TV channels are also available in Germany.

Great Service from the reception to the Restaurant. Good Location for the San Siro and to get into the centre of the City. Just 10 mins on the number 1 tram to the Duomo which is well worth a visit. Excellent Breakfast buffet, very quiet rooms though the Hotel was full. Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond the beauty of the rooms and the rooms, the attention to the customer clearly emerges in all details and at all times. For example at the reception table there are 2 pitchers with fresh water and lemon and a tray with glasses, not the usual bowl with candies. The staff is extremely courteous, I look forward and available. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet or savory foods. There is also a wide selection of beverages, centrifuged, milk (of rice, soy, almond, etc.). The restaurant has a fireplace (gas) which creates a pleasant atmosphere at all times. I went to celebrate New Year and I found myself better soon, I recommend it especially for the elegance of the structure and the availability of all the staff, personally the only flaw I found a little in the service of the restaurant with which I had some small hitch but thanks to the availability of the staff we have solved.
As for the value for money I have to say that the price is just "a tad" higher than it should in my opinion but maybe I'm wrong .
However if you want a relaxing stay and good food, and above all a breakfast for two a little great I recommend it absolutely

An elegant hotel, with a vast hall, echoing atmosphere in Indian style. Featuring a faux garden for refreshments, bar and function rooms. I've only been to a convention, so I can not say the rooms, but it has a nice restaurant.
