Pleasant, stylish hotel. Clean, cozy. Our room and the bathroom were great.
On the street it is rather loud, the tram makes a lot of noise, and this street also seems to be the route of the ambulance.
Soundproof windows would be a good investment.
The staff in the service and room maintenance are super friendly and courteous, the service staff knows their craft excellently.
2 points deduction for the reception staff. Bad information and linguistic ability. In Milan so close to Switzerland, for a hotel of this class category, it is to be expected that a few sentences in German are a minimum for the handling and directions to the old town.
Only after request we got a street map and this was wrongly explained to us after the question in which direction the old town is located, how we then had to find out. We were given a feeling of being annoying and inexperienced. Conclusion: At the reception there is a lack of cordiality and the art of making the guest feel welcome.
