The room found clean and quiet ,, and the staff there was friendly but the location is few far from the Domo center

This is a hotel I would love to return. The design is a very fancy one and I loved all about my staying here. Breakfast was really good and I found lots of vegan alternatives, a very big buffet and ofcourse amazing cappuccino. The staff was very nice especially the ones in the breakfast area. I only rate it 4 stars because the room was smaller than I expected, but otherwise many thanks for all the comfort I found!

Very nice hotel faithful to the photos nothing to say about the cleanliness, the service, the breakfast and the restaurant inside is in a patio closed but sported and very charming. However I will put a little flat for people who are like me that is to say that can not stand the sound or light because there are no shutters and even with triple glazing if you are on the road a slight noise is heard but really it is in case you are as sensitive as me on the subject. The only really negative point for me is the toilets that are in the bathroom especially for an executive room whose exceptional size could have accommodated 2 separate M2! in any case I recommend this hotel very well located which in addition has a significant underground parking in Milan

We got some comments before we came to this hotel, so we didn't have much expectations, but it was amazing after the stay. A 20-minute tram ride from the cathedral will take you to the hotel. The hotel room is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, there is a large supermarket just two blocks from the hotel, we bought some chocolate, olive oil and wine to take home. There are many restaurants in the area, the food is comparable to the restaurant on the side of the cathedral, but at a lower price, they have a happy hour of Thanksgiving. The only downside is that there are many non-hotel guests, and many are very rude. And love the limelight. The hotel bathroom has a rain shower head - happy, and a bath towel dryer - happier. We were very alert and didn't leave money or cell phones in the room, so we didn't have security problems.

Really nice and characteristic hotel not far from the center in an area well served by public transport. Fusion environment, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Rich, varied breakfast with high quality products. Experience not to be missed and also being able to be repeated.

What a bad surprise :I left the room at 9:30am and when I came back at 11:30pm the room and the bathroom were not cleaned up! No manager in this hotel for checking the job is done. ..or not?

An informal hotel with professional and friendly reception staff dressed without uniforms but with elegance, which I find a strong point; ethnic furnishings, but refined and with attention to the smallest details. The pillows are not lacking! High quality conference room and restaurant as well as breakfast. Outstanding Spa ideal for couples, with a beautiful view of the center of Milan. Possibility of exclusive reservation morning or early afternoon and lunch or order a light menu which in the end is a real lunch. Satisfied at 100x 100.

Very stylish and great hotel in Milan! The location is good, as the tram stops right in front of it, so you are in 15 minutes at the cathedral. The hotel is from the inside very chic in the extraordinary design. Breakfast is great: from salmon, fruits to fresh omelet.

Nice modern Hotel with an elaborately designed lobby. I have stayed in one of the apart rooms that provide a lot of space. The room was cleaned daily, the personnel was very polite and the breakfast buffet was great.

Very nice location, nice hotel. Congrass center is super and I warmly reccomand it. It is one of a kind in north italy with multiple projectors and powerful sound. Restaurant is good as well as refreshments. Service is impeccable.

I recommend researching the location before coming as many places are closed at around 7pm and don't open until 9pm to serve food, can be a culture shock. Service is fantastic and rooms are great
