Read the descriptions and you'll know what you are getting. What they sell are returns and claims department type items plus display and some used items. "Handyman" items have known defects. They test what they can. I've dealt with them for years and usually find the items better than described.
I'd recommend picking up your items in person, you never know what they'll have available in their store section.
