Very good bank with very good service provided. The bank is famous also and among the very famous and qualified banks which is in expansion always because it is growing with clients due to the good work they are providing to their customers. I will be also opening my bank account there very soon because my friend who has account with them is very happy with the quality of the service....

Worst customer service ever i had. Already submit the cheque as per the liability letter before it expire. 2 days after when i called,it still didn't processed.seriously are you waiting to charge me for the late credit card payment?
The worst experience I ever had , I understand the whole process takes 15 days , but no action even after 15 days , I was submitted a management cheque against my liabilities with the bank and Mr Mohammad Ahmad al khalidi from customer care who was the one committed he will provide the clearance letter But no action even after 17 days when I went there on 30th aug , he ask me to come after Eid holidays which made me to change my commited plans due to the bank commitment failure
Unable to update my ID thru atm then went to the bank branch for customer service and waited for 30 minutes and still the staff is doing nothing purposely.
VERY POOR, BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I've been there today and got insulted badly with their service that YOU GUYS are giving. i googled the timing and it was till 8 pm however, i walked for 2kilometers to reach there, when i reached i was told by security guard that month end timing is 7 pm. so far i do understand i might happen due to burden of work , apart from that the gaurd spoke very badly with me im not gonna open the door do whatever you can , or either stay outside the door , i've requessted him to ask the concern person to come on the door so ill request him, HE CAME SO RUDELY AND SAID WE ARE CLOSED SIR NOT GONNA OPEN FOR YOU HIS NAME WAS (( MUHAMMAD ASHRAF )) i have an acount with the bank and my concern was only to print my statement truely irrespective and disappointing im not even gonna give one 1 the the service
I communicated with your customer care before I come to your branch and they told me only three documents for opening a new savings account. And I reached to your Branch during my duty time and overcoming a huge traffic jam, the officer in emirates islamic bank saying that extra two docs required for savings account. At that time again I called customer care and they give me the same reply. And I told about this to that Officer again and his reply was like this "I don't care about the customer care I want these docs for opening a new account to you"(customer handling!). I think they treated to me like this because of my wealth status.
I went to Rigga branch to open an account. I went after 6 and it was a bit crowded but the staff were very welcoming. Mr. Wessam helped me and it was a delight; he was super professional and kind. The bank's service so far is amazing. Recommended.

Worst Credit Card Ever..... first they said 0% installment plan once you call they will ask 2% is processing fees.. what the hell is that 2%???? you people just change the name from 'interest' to 'processing fees'.... Also my limit exceeds 3 dirhams and they charged AED 200 overlimit charges...
Worst experience they keep customers waiting specially the counter #6 guy,better he should work in call centre, customers are waiting long time but they more interest to attend on call customers, just for 3 months bank statement I have to wait more then hour,, very bad experience, counter 5 guy takes very long time with 1 customer more than 45 minutes,,out of 4 counters 2 counters r closed
