VERY POOR, BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I've been there today and got insulted badly with their service that YOU GUYS are giving. i googled the timing and it was till 8 pm however, i walked for 2kilometers to reach there, when i reached i was told by security guard that month end timing is 7 pm. so far i do understand i might happen due to burden of work , apart from that the gaurd spoke very badly with me im not gonna open the door do whatever you can , or either stay outside the door , i've requessted him to ask the concern person to come on the door so ill request him, HE CAME SO RUDELY AND SAID WE ARE CLOSED SIR NOT GONNA OPEN FOR YOU HIS NAME WAS (( MUHAMMAD ASHRAF ))
i have an acount with the bank and my concern was only to print my statement
truely irrespective and disappointing
im not even gonna give one 1 the the service
