Honestly very disappointed. Dryer wasn't working, called them to come out and take a look. The long & short of it is that they didn't know what the cause was and provided no solution. Told me to just keep using it until it fully breaks. Glad to know I flushed 100 dollars down the toilet having them come out.
In response to owner: I thank you for your reply. I can appreciate that diagnosis can be difficult and I do not fault your company for that. No one is perfect. However, when I booked the appointment I was told the fee included both a service call & diagnosis. Seeing as I did not receive all of what I was promised nor paid for, I would appreciate some form of pro rated refund. Received service call, but no diagnosis. Also, I think 100 dollars is kind of steep for about 25 minutes of work, that did not resolve the issue nor move me closer to a solution.
