Quick and efficient service from the first call. Technician came on time and was proficient in diagnosing the problem with my automatic dishwasher. They ordered the part the next day and did an excellent and neat job making the repairs. So fortunate to have them in our area.

I had an issue which I thought was electrical and after the helpful technician and troubleshooting turned out to be an issue with my refrigerator. The staff was very helpful and the technician was able to come out the same day. He was very kind, courteous well experienced. After a few minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and in a couple of more minutes had my fridge up and running again. He explained the issue, informed me of the solution and fixed the problem. Great company to do business with. I ll be recommending them from here on out. Thank you all for your help.
Our washer was not working correctly. I called Dales. From the start they were professional and helpful. They had just reopened after being closed from the virus, so they went over the protocols for having a service employee come into my home, asked what the washer was doing, and set an appointment. Mike was our service tech. He professional, on time and took the time to explain everything he was doing as he worked through the process of fixing our washer. Mike made sure the washer was working before he left, cleaned up and went over the work warranty as well as the warranty of the part. I highly recommend Dales for your service repair needs.
Honestly very disappointed. Dryer wasn't working, called them to come out and take a look. The long & short of it is that they didn't know what the cause was and provided no solution. Told me to just keep using it until it fully breaks. Glad to know I flushed 100 dollars down the toilet having them come out.
In response to owner: I thank you for your reply. I can appreciate that diagnosis can be difficult and I do not fault your company for that. No one is perfect. However, when I booked the appointment I was told the fee included both a service call & diagnosis. Seeing as I did not receive all of what I was promised nor paid for, I would appreciate some form of pro rated refund. Received service call, but no diagnosis. Also, I think 100 dollars is kind of steep for about 25 minutes of work, that did not resolve the issue nor move me closer to a solution.
Diagnosed problem with my 12 year old refrigerator quickly and had the part in the van. Fixed in 30 minutes. Polite, courteous service by a competent, experienced and well trained tech. Who could ask for more? Oh yes, a great price too. My company for all repairs from now on.
The whole process was very smooth. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and I appreciated that they accommodated my work schedule. I recieved a call the day of the appointment letting me know that the technician was on his way. The tech himself was very personable and friendly, and solved our problem quickly. I found the price to be reasonable, as well.

Had some issues with fixing my LG washer I got 5 years ago. Called around and found Dale. They were quick, polite and professional. Tim who came out was great. He gave some good pointers that I didn't even know about for my washer. They were worth the call.
My dryer was shutting off and giving an error code. Called for a service request and got an appointment within a week. The gentleman that arrived was able to figure out the problem and fix it in one visit. No more issues with the dryer. Highly Recommend !
