My friend got stung twice by jellyfish so I think they should make a sign on the beach

Great hotel and excellent location! Me and my husband stayed here for my 30th birthday. It was very nice! We stayed in suit SS95. The reason for four stars, I wouldn't necessarily call this a 5 star hotel. For what you're paying, I expect five star everything but I felt they fell short in some areas. Example: housekeeping does not clean your room everyday. They only provide extra towels and take the trash out. But overall great stay!

Guests of friends. Gracious staff. Beautiful private beach accessible by complimentary boat shuttle.

Incredible people and an incredible view - not counting the food is pretty good too!

On the Harbor pedestrian-friendly to pretty much whatever you need. Tons of amenities. Park your car and don't drive it for the rest of the weekend. Stroll the harbor look at the boats eat some good food and relax. How did I mention there's a really cool Spa there? Plenty of restaurants with Waterfront views within minutes.

There s been a random plate stranded in our hallway, housekeeping refuses to pick up for 4 days. 11th floor west tower

What a great place for vacation and relaxation! Right on the water, with great views. Tons in things to do at night, within walking distance. Lots of water sports. Wow

Great location, close to lots of activity on boardwalk and restaurants. Room very neat, service at check in great. Enjoyed visit, no problems.

This is probably the best resort I've ever visited with my parents. I've been to numerous resorts, some on the west and some up north. But honestly the best one hands down

An incredible stay. Huge room, unreal view, great service. 10/10

Our condo was very large and very clean! We loved the view we had of the bay and the boats leaving the harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The underground parking took some time to get use to, but after a while it became obvious. I would classify this place as a luxury condo/hotel.

Where do I START, service is OK.
Rooms are clean at eye sight corner,
counts tops dirty. Took over one hour for towls. Food was warm not close to HOT, PLUS a Tip. Walls are very thin can hear next door, Kids yelling, doors slamming. Servers are not trained to know menus WOW, and food was OK. Not close to five STARS as they claim.
Close to Holiday Inn. At $500.a night, REELY THEY smile at bill time.

We had an excellent time and the facility and pool were very nice. Clean, modern, first class everwhere. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Breath taking view of the best beaches in the world! Loved the hotel all the way from the food to the staff. Next time we come down here we'll be coming back!

Great place to stay for its cleanliness, the rooms are spacious and neat, Employees are very nice! But we unfortunately had an very disappointing room transfer check in experience while at the Emarld Grande. It took over 7 hours to have our room ready yes 7 hours. which is beyond ridiculous. After telling us the room was empty at 10am and that the room service was going to be right on it. It took 5pm before we got in our room!

Perfect view. Exceptional living conditions. Outstanding staff. And, so much good food to sample!

Had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, pool and hottubs weren't open late, but it was clean, staff were friendly, food was good. Stayed on the 12 floor and the view qas amazing.

I just spent a week here and booked with Chris mcllwain. Everything was clean and super nice in the room. We had a beautiful view on the 5th floor. Everything was right outside the lobby door. I had 5 kids with which made it super easy to go down to the pool and harborwalk. I will definitely be going back next year

Beautiful condos, always very clean and balconies over looking the Bay. Staff is very professional and curtious. Plus there's a shopping area behind with pretty good restaurants. Little pricey but a nice relaxing trip.

Best view! Props Wyndham for making this the best in the area.

Don't like not having a beach at complex and no full service maid service

Julie Kilgore is the most amazing special events manager that I have ever worked with. We had our ceremony on the beach and our reception in the Harborview Room and everything was spectacular. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel staff are very professional, efficient and friendly. Some inconsistencies with pool area staff but overall a great experience. Will be going again.

Carpet and couch were stained. Pulled out the pull out couch and crumbs went flying everywhere. Hallways and elevators were hot and muggy!!! Ice maker wasn t working, master shower clogged within the first 24 hours, and entertainment center cabinet broken and almost fell off (maintenance was quick to fix everything except for cabinet because I told him we weren t using it). Day 4 of staying there room service came in and gave us towels but no toilet paper even tho one bathroom was completely out and the other almost out. Not very accommodating with 6 adults in a 3 bedroom ( one room had bunk beds and I asked for one without for the fact that I had 2 older couples with us and was told no). All beds except master were hard and uncomfortable. PRIVATE BEACH HAHAHAHA ITS A PUBLIC BEACH THAT WE ARE ALLOWED ACCESS TO WITH CHAIRS FOR HOTEL GUESTS (which were ripped and stained). Would never recommend or ever come back to this place again!

The rooms were beautiful. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. Also not too much water pressure in the shower

What a great place! This was our first time staying at this resort (and wont be our last). We stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed each sunrise and senset! Lots to do for everyone! We stayed in a corner unit and saw the boulevard and the harbor. Lots of boats to watch and the floating tiki bars. The hot tubs and pools were open. A fun time for all at the Emerald Grande!

Great place, nice rooms and pleasant staff. Much to do in the surrounding area. McGuires Irish Pub across the road, can walk there and avoid trying to find a place to park.

Must have been great at one time. Was not the place for my family and I.

Venue is good but parking is terrible. It's the worst designed parking garage that I have ever seen.

Tired facility which is unconscionable for the price per night. Great views and amazing access to Harborwalk Village with McGuires across the street.

Crowded....staff is not happy. Elevators don't work well.

The Staff is very helpful here in getting you directions from as simple as to how to get to on site restaurant to ice machines and recommendations for things to do.

Do not believe their policy on severe weather or hurricanes. Weather forecast a direct hit in the area and they wouldn t give me back my deposit. Also, make sure that you are going to stay here or they will keep your deposit.

Had a wonderful time with family and friends here. Everything is within walking distance which is nice. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. HD TV and free wifi was also nice. The elevators are a bit confusing at first but we got it figured out. We loved the view looking out over the harbor and beach. We will definitely return!

Me and my husband got a room with our granddaughters this is a awesome place to stay with kids . This was a fabulous weekend for us. You will love it hands down.

Excellent place for New Years Celebration. Several places with bands, great restaurants, the staff is beyond helpful and professional. Our 2 bed 2 bath is luxurious, very spacious with awesome views of the harbor.

The best time share we have ever stayed at. So much to see and do. You never have to drive your car.

Amazing accommodations, huge condos, only thing is you have to take a five minute to get to the beach! But it's definitely worth it!(
