Blight on a once beautiful fishing village. Locals call it the Emerald Eyesore.

Had called this morning from a few hours away to ensure check in time and reservation. Was a bit disappointed room wasn't ready when we showed up ... Based on some recent reviews I was expecting to wait a while (hour plus), but the gentleman working the front desk and manager were able to get my room ready in about 15 minutes. Great room and everything clean! Staff dealt very calmly with me when I probably wasn't in my best mood (per above and two long days in the car). Expecting the best ... This place has never disappointed in the past!

Beautiful - and I've heard of many people having great experiences here. However, it's confusing to get around using the elevators (if you're going to any of the event rooms) & I have been here a few different times.
One day, the front desk said they were going to have someone escort us to where we needed to go, but no one came. Then once we got to the room for brunch with our family we waited for about 20more minutes just to be confronted by the security guard with attitude saying HE was waiting for us. They either need improvement on their service or their communication.

Very nice staff. Great views. Right next to harbor for easy access deep sea fishing excursions. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, great experience.

Stayed in the sunset suite. It is updated and very clean. On the 2nd floor we have a great view of the ocean and the adjacent beaches. For the price I think it's a great place to stay in the area

Started in the top penthouse to watch boat show and fireworks... perfect view of the show rooms are great, kitchen perfect size and wrap around balcony was awesome! Front desk agent Angie was awesome! Ty!

I'll give the facility 4 stars . I'll give John and Philip in the kitchen 10 stars my wife and I have had dinner in all 4 corners. John and Philips meal this evening was great. Our filets were prepared perfect. The bordelese sauce was perfect, the temperature of our steaks,perfect.
Some companies are missing out on serious culinary talent.

You can see the Harborwalk village from the penthouse and access the look out! Its was cold felt so good!

The room we were in was huge and more than met our needs. The resort is in convenient walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. While the resort is not on the beach they do have a complimentary shuttle boat that takes you to their own beach with chairs and umbrellas. The only small issue we had was often having to wait on elevators, but there were lots of guests there at the time.
