I m not sure where all these stellar reviews are coming from. Let me start with Hannah- the first face my family meets at reception...not nice, not accommodating, and I have no idea how this girl has kept her job for three years- as she so graciously made sure to tell me she s had AS I complained about how she treated my child- during a situation with my child. We had to ask her for a luggage cart, we had to ask her what our room number was, we had to ask her several other necessary questions which are normally answered by reception. Including parking, where facilities are- etc... Moreover, we called down for an additional blanket and was told there were no more blankets in the entire building...my sick child laid on hands down, the worst pull out couch, or coils - if you will -with only a thin blanket- and Hannah had the audacity to tell me to go in my closet and use the blanket in there bc there were no more to give. She was completely unaffected when I told her I was complaining to management. Hilton... or management- if THIS is how your front staff is representing your brand- I m scared for you. Your hotel could be 5 Diamond Status and not worth a dime- however, the hotel isn t all bad...the housekeeper was lovely but I didn t catch her name bc we passed each other in the hall and shared pleasantries- and the room was clean. It was just basic and a little run down for over $200 a night. Not worth it - especially after leaving the Eau Resort for a few days stay. In short, my one night stay will be my only- ever. People are entitled to bad days- but that was just unacceptable.

In adding to this review- the day manager did happen to be very nice and try to accommodate for what transpired the night before. I don t see this as family resort if that s what you re looking for- a stopover? Ok- someplace you need to sleep. Yes. It s clean, trustworthy and despite unexpected other instances - it will do.
