In 2013 was my first time coming to Florida. So I found this place on line and the pictures of the suite look really nice. So I book it for a week . When my flight landed and I got to the embassy suite by Hilton was really nice . The lady at the front desk was so so nice and warm and soooo helpful to me . My suite was so wonderful and amazing my bed and pillows was like Cloud 9 I was in heaven after a long flight . I said all that to say this 2020 the place is not the same anymore I will never book a room at the hotel ever again. It was like no no no no HELL NO NO NO !!!!! AND NO AGAIN!!!!
