Great hotel and location. Good happy hour and breakfast and kid friendly.
Beautiful clean room, very nice service, and amazed at the free breakfast buffet and afternoon drinks and snacks. If you opt to not have your room cleaned every day they give you a $5 Starbucks voucher or gift shop credit. Honestly the best hotel experience I've had in a while, will definitely choose Embassy Suites again.
I love the rooms in this hotel. Location is great. Price is great. And the free full breakfast and happy hour are the cherry on top.
Looks like it had been recently renovated. Very nice hotel from my perspective. With the nice spacious rooms, free drinks at Happy hour and free breakfast that is actually good, I have always like Embassy Suites.
We got one of the remodelled rooms and it was super nice and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and the pool was warm. They had a GREAT fitness center!!
I love Embassy Suites by Hilton! This one in downtown Denver has to be my favorite one so far. The people here are the friendliest and are willing to help no matter the situation. Guest Services always knows the best places to go eat and for a good nightlife. The rooms are always Immaculate and the maid service is some of the best I've seen in awhile. They also have a great breakfast in the morning for guest that stay at the hotel and they drink specials at night for happy hour which is awesome. I definitely recommend this Embassy Suites in downtown Denver if you're traveling here or if you just want a romantic night or two with your significant other stay at the Embassy Suites in downtown Denver.
Horrible experience here this morning, breakfast area so crowded couldn't even eat. No manager on duty.
Great Location. Lobby bar and restaurant was good. Room was clean and well maintained by the staff.
The room had barely been cleaned: there was a wine glass left on the floor by the lamp, the mirrors were gross, the phone and remote controls had not been cleaned in a long time, if ever. My socks were so dirty from wearing them around the room I had to throw them away. I took isopropyl alcohol with me to disinfect the room and I am so glad I did. The ottoman in the room had stains all over and holes in the fabric. The windows on the inside had not been cleaned in a long time, if ever. It was really disappointing. In my opinion, this was too expensive of a room to have these conditions. Where is all that money going? I also found the front desk help to be rude. Why do I have to wait in line for 15 mins just to get a bottle of water? If the water is free, put some waters in the rooms and then people don't have to crowd the lobby with waiting to get waters. So ridiculous! And I wasn't even offered a water at checkin. I had to get back in line to get my damn water!
The room was awesome, I loved it. I wasn't happy that it costs an extra $40 per night for a car to be in their parking. I don't know if that is typical of downtown Denver. The way they have the rooms facing a courtyard is not conducive to having noisy teenage guests running yoo and down the halls til 4 in the morning. My friend slept on the pull out bed and it was so noisy she didn't sleep all night.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I went to the front desk with questions, they really surpassed all my expectations with the lengths they went to help me. My room was like a small apartment and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was yummy, and had a wide enough assortment to suit just about anyone's needs. I would totally recommend staying there.
It had a great bed and maid service with great service host
Great location and friendly staff. Got a nice upgrade on our room. Clean and great breakfast and social in the afternoon, included!!!!!!
Great place on the middle of all the action! I had a wonderful room and great views, too. The free made to offer breakfast was awesome. Check-in was fast and easy. Great help through out the hotel. The construction was not an issue got me at all!! I will stay here again!!
Great hotel, within walking distance of quite a few restaurants and stores. Loved my stay.
Beautiful, everyone is helpful, very clean and super professional! I highly recommend this hotel!!
New building, location is ose to downtown but further from LoDo. Rooms are really flexible for larger groups. Good bathrooms but not the most amazing shower.
Good downtown location. Very convenient to convention center and to 16th street plaza of shops and restaurants. Self-parking a vehicle is NOT an option, and, the valet service is only so-so. Give them plenty of time.
Great place for the annual Arc event. It was amazing
The views!!!! Staff was so helpful, clean room, breakfast good, great location!
Luxury hotel has a relatively reasonable price. Valet at $ 40 is a bit expensive.
Clean rooms, great upgrades in process, extremely nice staff.
Great location however hotel could use an overall update. Usb outlets are pretty much a standard anymore and this room only had 1 available on the back of the TV's (nightstand or alarm clock USB hookups should be implemented). Pillows are small and tucked into the pillow case to be about the size of a throw pillow. Breakfast and evening reception was average. Pool is 4ft throughout but was plenty warm and fun for the kids. Key cards were finicky at best in the elevators to the point we had to have key reprogrammed as well as switch elevators because we could not gain room floor access.
This particular hotels location was great the hotel was clean the attendants were extra helpful and nice as always 5 stars for Embassy Suites
Staff is very friendly. Not all rooms will have a great view of the mountains. The lunch / supper restaurant was a little slow on service when there were only 3 tables seated. The continental breakfast was great. Within walking distance of many restaurants.
The room was clean and neat. Modern decor. Embassy Suites is downtown, close to restuarants and events. We went to a concert at the Pepsi Center. Took an Uber there, but walked back. Starbucks is next door. Valet parking was wonderful.
You could improve the breakfast buffet ( variety & waiting lines), the cleaning of the rooms and the keys that every other day stopped working, even though the Hilton application & the digital key
It's a beautiful property and the service is stellar.
This place is amazing I love it their is so much to do and I love the waterfall walls they have the rooms are roomy
After spending a night in this specific hotel, the valet left a set of keys in my car that belonged to another guest. Once I discovered this, I contacted guest services and was placed on hold for 10 minutes while they attempted to contact the valet supervisor. At this point the guest services lady became very rude and proceeded to hang up on me after taking my information.
The valet supervisor contacted me about 20 minutes later and wasn't the easiest person to deal with either. Pronounced my name incorrectly 3 times (after I corrected him). The valet supervisor was having multiple conversations at the same time, and had the audacity to put me on hold while he took care of something that was clearly more important. After establishing a place to meet and turn over the keys (taking time out of my day), they proceeded to send a kid out that was nice, but all he said was, "Sorry for your inconvience" and then proceded to get into his car and leave
I don't see why anybody would give this place a 4 or 5 star rating. I'm a Hilton honors diamond member and stay in Hilton properties all across the country and this was with out a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.
Do yourself a favor and stay across the street. They probably won't lose your keys.
Was there for All State Choir this past weekend. Rooms were great, food at the complimentary breakfast was very good. Nice hotel, great location for this event.
Very nice hotel that services the guest well. I stayed in a room in the 10th floor with a mountain view. The only complaint I would have its the flooring in my room has some damage and the carpet is a bit tacky. But overall a great hotel with a very friendly staff. Definitely worth staying in and great for a conference.
Great Stay! Danny was the highlight, we got randomly locked out, he saved the day & was great about it. Best guy in the house so far! Thanks Danny
A decent hotel but the free breakfast has much to be improved. I would stay here again as the location is good and it seems clean. But I wouldn't say this is the best hotel I've stayed in.
Was pretty disappointed in our stay at this location. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites before and the experience at this particular location was subpar. The room was not clean. There were stains on the wall and it looked like the bathroom wasn't wiped down. We even found two long strands of hair in the bedsheets.. (yuck!) You would think during the whole coronavirus situation the staff would try to go above and beyond for cleaning.
There was no breakfast or offer of to go bags in the morning. I know some locations aren't offering it due to the rona but I can't believe they didn't even bring it up or try to comp it in some way.
The parking cost was outrageous especially given the fact that we had to park in a sketch garage underground.
If you are planning to stay in Denver I would check out one of the other Hilton locations. They can't be much worse.
This centrally-located hotel has excellent amenities, facilities, and staff.
Parking is an issue. If you want to park at the hotel it is $40 per night. Other wise you have to find parking off site and walk.
Friendly staff, excellent location for Colorado Convention Center events, the included breakfast is a lifesaver, room was clean, pillows were comfy.
Super nice and free happy hour is just plain awesome.
Clean and upscale, breakfast was alright. Great location.
At the end of our 5 day stay today. The location couldn't have been better. When we checked in there were a pair of nasty cowboy boots left in our room, no biggie we just tossed them out. Rooms are huge, beds are hard as a rock, woke up with hip and back pain every morning. Pillows are amazing. TV kept losing signal, couldn't watch one channel longer than 30/35 mins. The breakfast is ok, potatoes were soggy and gross, pancakes and french toast were hard as a rock. The juice is severely watered down, the orange juice looks like lemonade. The evening cocktails are even worse. We ordered a screwdriver and the lack or orange juice was ridiculous, we could see thru our drinks. The drinks made our stomach burn so bad we went back to our room for the night because we didn't feel good. Had to ask 3 times for more pillows, ended up going down to the front desk ourselves to get them 3 hours later. Pool is freezing cold, didn't go in passed my legs, it was ice cold. Travelocity said there was a hot tub, there is not, you have to go to their sister hotel 2 blocks away. We would have picked another hotel just for that. Rooms were quiet, view was great. It seems like a lot of homeless people sneak in for the free morning omlet breakfast, that really bothered us. You can clearly tell who is and isn't a guest at breakfast. You can tell by their lack of cleanliness - you can smell them 2 tables away, not great when trying to enjoy a breakfast. They load their trays with 4/5 helpings of breakfast and about 20 to go coffee cups and scurry away. Most Embassy Suites require each guest to show their room key at breakfast, this one doesn't require you to show any proof. People sneaking in also made it impossible to find a table and we spent about 30/35 mins just standing in line. They run out of food and supplies and don't restock it until you tell them, and then you're still waiting along with 20 other ppl. It's worth your time and money to go out for breakfast and drinks. The free perks just aren't worth it.
I personally loved the place great place to drop off the kiddos and head out to the pool
I totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I do travel often. I would rate this hotel higher than other more expensive ones. Besides the standard bedroom and bathroom, my hotel unit has a living room with a sectional sofa, a movable table for setting up a laptop for work. I strangly felt a little bit guilty to occupy so much space as a single person. They also provide free breakfast and daily night reception with free drinks and snacks.
Room was clean. Hallways were full of the same dirty dishes for 2 days. Poor management of breakfast and evening event. Over hour wait.
The front desk staff are very friendly. When I arrived hours before check in, they gladly held my bags and didn't mind my hourly calls to see if my room was ready.
The included breakfast is great! There's a cook there to build a customized omelette, fresh fruit and pastries, cereal, hot bacon, sausage and country potatoes.
Also, the Comp Managers Reception is fabulous! Free well drinks, wine, beer and snacks from 5:30-7:30 nightly.
Nice suites with basic amenities for business travellers.
Beautiful venue for our organization to host the CORE conference. Thank you for all the hard work put in.
Check in experience was a nightmare. Being a diamond member here does not give you any benefits. Was told my rooms would be ready at 12, arrived at 330 to find only 1 room ready and was told they didn't know when the other will be done. Needless to say. You have 7 bridesmaids utterly pissed off.
Great hotel....front desk always seemed backed up though.
Fabulous! Great experience, care and attention to details. Staff go above and beyond expectations. Food is spectacular, and environment is family friendly and elegant. You can feel at home and relax!! Love!!!
Its a nice place and you are right downtown but $47 per/day parking and a $50 incidental charge makes the place pricey. They do have a free happy hour and breakfast. The rooms are nice but not laid out well. The door to the bedroom blocks the TV and dresser draws if open in our room.
Very friendly staff, room are very nice and clean ,make me feel like am at home,
Bruh, free drinks 5:30-7:30 pm. Yes, drinks means booze. Beautiful suite with lots of space. Couldn't ask for more really
The guy at the front desk Forest is the rudest person I had to deal with in ALL OF DENVER. This guy needs to be fired. The elevators aren t as bad as Forest but they are very slow and card reader is a pain
Room was very nice, good view of downtown Denver, amenities were good, happy hour drinks on the house in the evenings and good complementary breakfast.
Downtown location great for convention center. Okay for vacation. Lobby on the 4th floor. Small pool, gym is good sized but could use some deep cleaning and maintenace. Rooms are comfortable actual fresh air thru the window.
I really liked the look, feel, and service from the staff. The hotel had a great location, the rooms were a great size (corner rooms are huge), and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had a great breakfast that is indeed free. They have a great variety if pastries, pancakes, French toast, fruit, and made to order omelettes. When you check in, go to the 4th floor. There is no check in on the first floor. The atrium is beautiful, the pool was great, and even the guest laundry was reasonably priced. Denver is great and this hotel takes advantage of the city's extras. You're right on the light rail line, there are scooters from Lime, Bird, Lyft, and others always outside your door. I highly recommend this hotel.
Older hotel in the downtown area. Parking is expensive, pool is very small. Breakfast was very disorganized this morning with many things needing to be replenished. Room was not made up after 1 night. Paint peeling in the bathroom and grout has mold spots on it.
Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good. Would stay again.
Great location in downtown. Very good hot breakfast and nice rooms.
Very nice meeting and lunch at BOMA today.
Comfortable meeting room with good food and service.
Porfirio and his omelets were the best part of the hotel.
Good amenities, received complimentary water and wifi as well as breakfast and the manager's reception every afternoon.
Awesome stay so far. Hotel is super close to the convention center and 16th Street Mall ,tons of restaurants and bars. They offer a complimentary breakfast which I'll get back to) and even a evening happy hour that includes more than just beer and wine, which surprised me..
The rooms are all suites it seems and are pretty spacious.. my room has a microwave, a fridge and a closet safe, which is important to me, and the bathroom area is situated in between the bedroom and the living room with a closing door to separate. Super cool if you're a parent and need some peace. The shower had amazing pressure and stays nice and hot, but I have slept in better beds..that being said, I've also slept in worse...
so the made to order eggs that are included in the complimentary breakfast , make up for it. ( that's right, you read that correctly, REAL EGGS..not powder eggs usually found at most hotels "free breakfast and they're delicious)
Combine all of this with a polite staff, the beautiful atmosphere, and the stunning views of the mountains and downtown , and this hotel has quickly become one of my favorites of downtown Denver.
Stopped in to use the lobby restroom this time and the place was very nice. The restaurant and bar by the registration area has a nice seating area with a wall of water and good view of the city. I have also seen one of the rooms when a couple of friends stayed here. The room was very spacious. There was a living room area that also has a writing desk and what I'd call a wet bar. The bathroom was decent but not breathtaking. This particular room had two beds and a pretty view overlooking downtown. I wouldn't mind staying at this place.
I really enjoy staying here for the Managers Happy Hour and the great hot breakfast. I have had a King room in the past, and it was great. This time we had a Two Queen room and found the beds to be uncomfortable. The room this time was showing some wear with scuffs on the walls and the furniture looking/performing rough. Both times I have stayed in the last 9 months, the revolving door in the lobby has been broken, also. I will continue to stay here, but hope they start maintaining things a bit better.
It was good. Weird that.the registration is on the 4th floor.
Place has just gone downhill. Looking to stay elsewhere for GABF. No longer enough to just be right across the street. Nothing works, takes forever to have things taken away at breakfast and happy hour. Just has gone downhill, it s a shame. Not worth it anymore
Friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet. However, The wi-if being gated behind signing up for their rewards program is unacceptable.
Room was very nice and they have a happy hour for free drinks. Didn't stay overnight, was just visiting guests that were staying overnight.
