really nice hotel. no bedbugs, clean, lots of stuff around the area to do. built in restaurant, free breakfast in am ( real breakfast). weird layout but a nice hotel. some dick was screaming in the hallways like all nite, but that's not embassy's fault, I should complain more.. anyway, a nice stay, sleep here!

cons: expensive valet parking, layout is weird (lobby on 4th floor?), only one bar of body soap/ room instead of two (its important)

tldr; I'm nitpicking for cons lol

The Embassy Suites in downtown Denver is conveniently located next to the Convention Center, and just 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall. Parking is available onsite, but since so much is accessible on foot, we usually don't bring a car (you can take the train from the Denver Airport to Union Station, and then walk a few blocks to the hotel). The daily hot breakfast and happy hour are outstanding and a great way to save some money. There is an indoor pool, and Stout Street Social on the 1st floor is a great place to eat or grab a craft beer. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay. Comfy bead. Excellent breakfast. They did not do a fantastic job on cleaning up our room. We had to call and request it everyday. And theubnever emptied the trash the entire time. Other than that. I'd stay again. Nice place

Overall, great place to stay, clean room, reward for shipping maybe service, comfortable bed, easy access to food nearby. I'm sure the conference I am attending code the snack selection but as a guy that avoids sugar there was a lack of conference options that shipped the sugar. Peach cobbler and chocolate covered pretzels. Lunch was chicken with baked beans. While the good was good, a little more option, like a salad or something fruit later in the afternoon would have been good. Again, overall, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I stayed at this hotel back in February for the Sociologists for Women in Society 2019 Winter Meeting and was not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the hot breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the country potatoes, French toast with cherries, and cooked-to-order omelette (as can be seen in the picture). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful all throughout the conference and all of the provided munchies, drinks, and meals were phenomenal. Additionally, the evening reception in the lobby was a lovely convenience. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel if you have the opportunity and the budget. I would also recommend looking into parking at the nearby Convention Center in order to save about $15 per night.

Can you do less than one star??? Screwed up the billing for 8 different people. Decent hotel but expect to get the run around, be double or triple charged, and then wait two weeks for your money to be refunded. Spend your money elsewhere.

Such a great hotel for a great value. I've stayed here twice: once pre-covid and the second recently (September 2020). Both great experiences. The breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever had, but they were opting for a packaged breakfast this time. Friendly manager managing the desk. She never lost her cool even though there was a long line!

Rooms are huge and spacious. I'll always stay here when I come to downtown Denver.

Comfotable, clean, and accommodating. Gift shop offers typical hotel convenience options (crackers, soda, single dose ibuprofen, etc.), as well as small CO souvenirs. Complimentary two hour happy hour each evening. Complimentary breakfast with made to order omlet bar.
Centrally located across the street from the Colorado Convention Center.

Pros: the lounge area is elegant and comfortable. The staff are very helpful.

Con 1: There is a lot of time spent waiting for the elevator. AFAICT there is only one bank of four elevators for all sixteen floors, and they're always crowded and slow. (Maybe it's because of the conventions going on?) To make matters worse, the registration desk and lobby are on the fourth floor, four stories above street level.

Con 2: The suites have only one window to the outside, and that's in the bedroom. The living area either has a window to the interior hallway or, in our case, no window at all. As a result the suite feels very dark and claustrophobic, and not a place to hang out in which defeats the whole purpose of the suite.

The staff were understanding and allowed us to check out early to transfer to a different hotel.

Attended a meeting in the conference rooms. Overall, thought the hotel was fine but the projector screen wasn't all that clear due to lighting and the lights went out for no reason at one point (the power did not go out, just the lights)

Excellent location for all things downtown Denver, especially 16th Street Mall and Coors Field. This is a very big, busy hotel so expect lines at check-in and at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly valet staff, but the overnight parking rate was very high at $44. Look for alternatives!

The people have been very helpful and friendly. The omelet bar is nice, but the rest of the breakfast is fairly mediocre (for a hot breakfast). The room is spacious and nice, but a little beat up.

The hotel has a great location in downtown Denver, walking distance to literally everything. The lobby is bright and comfortable and was always buzzing with activity. The happy hour and breakfast were both great and an extra perk I was pleasantly surprised by. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed. Overall a great property for exploring Denver!

Nice suites, which are neat and clean. The restaurant also offers something to eat and drink in the evening until 10 o'clock. The breakfast offer is excellent. On request, also Omlets are prepared according to your own wishes. A disadvantage of the restaurant is that it is quite cold in some places. The hotel also has a bar, swimming pool and spa services. Close to the hotel there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities on 16th Street.

Was very nice rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast and meal options. However, we had a house keeper walk in our room at 8 am, wifi would not reach our bedroom, parking is quite pricey at $40 a night. A nice hotel but had a few drawbacks.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Location is awesome and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was decent. However, on our second night we had to call guest services twice to ask housekeeping to come by and clean our room (our son had accidentally turned them away). They told us they would send them straight up, that was around 3pm and again at 4pm. We got back to our room at 7pm and realized no one had come by. We didn t have any towels or washcloths for the night. We had to go down to the 4th level (registration) and tell them that if house keeping wasn t going to come by at least just give us towels for the night. Then the last night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 9pm. We had to wake our kids up and stand outside for about 15mins to let them figure out whatever it was that was going on inside. There was no fire and people didn t even leave the building when we all went back to our rooms. All in all the only saving grace was the location and the room itself. Other than that our stay was decent at best.

The front desk manager was very rude, and was not willing to help us out. We waited for an hour for them to deliver our suitcases before I finally went down to find them laying by the valet stand unaccompanied, and was later told they tried to bring them up but we were not in the room.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The service received was exquisite, the valet team specifically was incredibly helpful. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and made my trip much more enjoyable and stress free. They were able to give me accurate driving directions, brought my car to me in a timely fashion, and always with a smile on their faces. Nik, Stefan, Luke, and Justin were the four guys who I had death with primarily. Each were just as helpful as the one before. They even were able to help me bring my luggage up to my room, as well as bring it down and even load it into my car for me when I was checking out.

I travel a lot for my buisness and I have to say, this was probably the best hotel experience I've had in quite some time. All in all, I had an incredible experience at this hotel. I will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Cheers!

Stayed there for a conference visit for about a week. Staff were very nice with nice spacious rooms (Although during check in they got my name spelling wrong and had to coordinate with the front desk and conference organisers for half an hour after a long haul flight :) ) but full marks to the staff and the front desk on the courtesy and the apology tendered later (as these things are quite normal for me :) ) Overall a nice stay and hope to return again soon.

Nothing special just a business 3 star hotel. the guys working the reception are ignorant and talk so loud they can hear your business next door, deal with the girls much friendlier. Rooms are big and clean, but ugly decorated. The wait staff is super friendly, my advice eat here but don't stay.

I was in town for GABF and stayed here since it was across the street. Great location and a great hotel. Very nice amenities and services. Only complaint was the delay we experienced in getting someone to clean our room. Would definitely stay there again.
