Excellent. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast is not very varied but it is first class. The fried fish (Boca Chica type) eaten in the bar area is excellent. The room with a view of the city is wonderful at night. The attentions are of class 1A.

This hotel is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is superb. The rooms are spacious and comfy for the price. The bathroom is breathtaking. The window views overlook Santo domingo. The neighborhood is walking friendly near many stores and local eateries. Beware of kids pan handling. If you dont have money to give all, don't give any. They will follow you around and the numbers of the mob will increase. It is hard not help but we learned the hard way.

Stayed for 4 nights (July 4-8) and was very impressed with the hotel. The location, the amenities, staff very friendly and the service excellent. Rooms are huge and their views to the city spectacular. We were even lucky to enjoy a fireworks display happening at the Olympic Stadium, located few blocks away from hotel. Only drawback was that I've lost some headphones (Bose) during our stay; reported the lost few days after checking out (realized the missing a little late) and they could not find them. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

I stay at this hotel because it look beautiful and i thought it was going to be great service. Well from the beginning I noticed that most of the workers there treated people of darker complexion differently. For example they would first go to the light skin color guess and then the other ones. They treated my boyfriend horribly and much more different than me even though we were always together. We will
NOT be going back and I do not recommend it to anyone. Just my opinion. We were very disappointed and it s just sad that black workers because most of them are are being racist to other darker skin tone guess. If I could I would give it zero stars.

I have stayed at this embassy suites years ago but recently I have been staying more towards IHG hotels....I am reminded why now. I travel a lot and stay for long periods at times. This trip I am staying around 2 months and possibly longer. I had spent the day with a friend from work and we decided to come back to my room for a few hours and watch a movie and order dinner. When we walk in we were greeted and told that she had to give her ID to the front desk as well as I had to pay 30 dollars for her to come up to my room...WHAT? I explained that she would not be spending the night but just hanging out, they did not seem to care one bit. I have stayed at the Intercontinental hotel down the street for the past 3 months and NEVER had a problem like that...how dare you? You want me to just be alone once I get to the hotel and not be allowed to have friends just come join me and socialize in my room...I will never stay a Hilton again. I am once again reminded why years ago I stayed here and never came back. Ill be cancelling my 2 months here and will be moving back to the intercontinental this week. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE HILTON!! ITS 2019!!

Great rooms great food, lacks a little service usually given from a Hilton but all in all it was worth the price.

Spacious and very well located Hotel for executives in the Medley area in Miami near the Dolphin Mall quiet and quiet area .. Ample parking with valet parking. Private security. Fast and friendly service. It has a bar, restaurant, Spa and pool area. Recommended for visits to clients.

Lovely, relatively new hotel. The suites are very nice and clean, beds are a pleasure to sleep in, the bathrooms are spacious, modern and clean.

The hotel has a great terrace with an infinity pool and a good selection of drinks and bar foods. They do a nice happy hour with free food and drinks if you are a guest of the hotel.

The restaurant is not great but it is not terrible either.

Last but not least - the staff is very attentive and friendly. I have stayed in this hotel several times and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It also helps that the hotel is pretty close to the old town, giving you a chance to mix work with some sightseeing.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and the service is consistently great. The front desk staff, to the bar staff are all friendly and professional. I love the Embassy Suites chain, but once you've stayed at a Dominican Embassy Suites...the ones in the USA won't compare. They have a great evening reception at this hotel, with snacks, an ice cold presidente, liquor and other cocktails. The location is also near many restaurants, a cinema, and in a great part of Santo Domingo.

It is a very nice hotel, the attentions are first class. The lobby is impressive and the rooms are newly remodeled for events. The 27th floor has a breathtaking view and the pool is the same.

The hotel is VERY clean and staff is friendly and helpful.
Yet, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors in the next room. Also, the beds are very firm and the A/C is not very cold.
The pool is very clean but cold and the "hot tub" is cold too.
I would rate a 3.5 but it is only letting me choose 3 or 4.

Normally first option for my family it is beach resorts. We decided to spend more time in Santo Domingo city in this vacation trip. Staying in this hotel was a great choice. Staff is very friendly. Hotel areas are clean and well decorated. Lobby is spacious. Our room was also spacious with 2 TVs and nice bathroom. Happy hour was awesome. Hotel location is well ubicated in the middle of the city. Good complimentary parking space. Good breakfast options. Good customer service. I will be back and I recommend it.

Staff was very rude, and wanted to charge 30$ for any visitor!! I have never seen that in any embassy suite I've been to, and the taxis purposely over charge the tourists, and the hotel knows that and doesn't care.. The hotel and taxis are just purposely trying to get as much money as possible from the tourist.. It's sad.. Stay away!!!!!

Just the most awful experience I can possibly imagine where to begin...: unprofessional!!! This hotel does not cater to business travel the way the hotel is being run is just completely terrible! Breakfast shuts down at 9:30 and then u can't Order room service or any type of food till 11am. If u have a meeting in your suite they charge you 30 extra dollars which doesn't make sense since you are paying a suite room. They mixed up our luggage, 7 times we've had to reactive our room key and every single time we come back to the room doesn't work. You press the room service key on the phone and reception picks up to then transfer you to room service and then good luck having someone pickup the phone! Just so very disappointed beyond! This place is a no for our company and myself as well!

Wow wow wow!!! One of the best place ever I have been. I subject you to come and share with me and others. Embassy Suite is one of the greater hotel in Santo Domingo. It is a great place for all. Restaurant's and many others entertainments all on one location.
