Excellent facilities for a City Hotel .... the buffet food is questionable.

There's nothing to say about this place. Everything is up to Hilton standard. The only thing is the way to the hotel is super confusing! The entrance to underground parking is on the side of the hotel off the main road and the sideroad is a one way street.

Best hotel in the city of Santo Domingo, excellent service and with a first class kitchen

It is a building of high standard in completion and services. It is located in the center of the city of Santo Domingo. It has access by 3 of the busiest streets and fast flow. It has a gym, cinema, food and recreation areas. Underground parking. Places and shopping centers nearby.

The room accommodations was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Our suite on the 22nd floor with panoramic city views was wonderful. Centrally located in the heart of the capital.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Santo Domingo. The GM Ricardo whom I had the pleasure to meet at the 5:30pm reception where they provide complimentary beverages and snacks is extremely friendly and inviting. Rooms are super spacious and very clean. Customer service is top notch. Will for sure return to this hotel anytime I'm in Santo Domingo.

Super nice. Although it is a luxury hotel, nights do not cost as much. And to make events is ideal.

Customer service is at test when a customer has need, not when all is right. Although overall I enjoyed my work related stay at this Hilton I have to admit it I was very disappointed at the staff at the front desk, three or four times I walked away upset at the service attitude. Some young and definitely poorly trained staff. Sadly I have to bring my male co-worker to make the request for me. There were not complains just requests that were just dismissed, but easily engaged for him. I had another female co-worker that felt the same dismissal behavior. Maybe cultural, but you should receive the same courtesy and attention in hospitality whether you're a male or female. The worst, at the time of check out, the bill of half of the team was itemized incorrectly per prearranged agreement. At first they refused to change it, blaming the system, that's unacceptable. After 2.5 hours with no assurance for the fix, and extremely stressed we all got our bill fixed, already late to the airport. Review gets few stars for the excellent service by the Cheff, he does anything you want! And the food and drinks provided for the workshop, absolutely fantastic. Every thing else was Hilton standards.

I had a good stay here only thing I didn't like they charge you for Guest coming to see you don't think that's right other than that it was a good stay

The water was hot, the bottles looked like they were in the sun and they offered it like that, claim and give it to me cold

Good attention from the staff. Modern and hygienic facilities. The rooms have panoramic views of the city. You can not miss the pool on the 5th floor.

Very clean, staff spoke very little English, would call around 2100 if do not disturb sign is up to see if you needed anything, couple restaurants right downstairs, open bar from 1700 to 1930 for all guests in the lobby only. Pool and bar were also very nice.

Excellent rooms, central location of the city and its restaurant Agatha has included in August 2019 the chef Mary Bonarelli with good knowledge of Dominican cuisine but especially of Italian and international food.
It is an appropriate place for business lunches.

Luxurious and beautiful has a small square with many attractions and cinema.

The service at the hotel is outstanding, the personnel is extremely pleasant and helpful and its located in a nice area with plenty of options for shopping and eating. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I visit this hotel everytime I go to the DR because of how well they take care of us!!

Super mega spectacular. Place in the middle of the city very central. Inside it has a 24-hour gym and its pool has a spectacular view. On the 27th floor is a beautiful activity room with a spectacular view!
