Excellent experience. The best service with very professional and always willing people. Without a doubt the best hotel in Santo Domingo.

I can most honestly say that this is the best embassy suites I have had the pleasure of being a guest at. As a Hilton employee, I know how hotels function, and how difficult it can be on the staff. It is not easy!

I do not speak Spanish, and I have never been to the Dominican Republic. Yet I felt very welcome at this property. Besides the friendly, always smiling, happy staff, there are 4 main points that have made my stay.

Safety. The gentleman who checked me in greeted me like a professional. He even ran after me because I forgot my passport at the front desk! Amazing! And for people that complain about the security, I found them very professional. They are supposed to be stern and tough. That is their job. I felt very safe at this property.

Hilton. They are definitely the best hotel in the city. Sign up for Hilton honors, it matter. You get points for your stay and they recognize your membership. My friend visited me and they did not charge me because of being a Hilton honors member. They are a great brand.

Location. In the heart of the city! Wow you can not do any better than this. Walking distance to everything you need. A short taxi to zona colonial. Grocery stores, gyms, shopping mall.

Cleanliness. The courtesy visit from the housekeeping manager was great. I appreciate them checking to make sure my room was to my standards. this embassy suites it the cleanest I have ever been in. The pool area was fantastic and very well maintained.

Excellent Hotel if you are in the city. Large rooms for talks or conferences. Different spaces for lunch, dinner or singing. Parking, security at all levels. Comfortable rooms and first class service.

Good attentions, the facilities are very good, although the food is not so much ..

It has nothing to envy to a hotel in the United States. Finely decorated and first class attention. Close to good restaurants and nightlife.

Amazing place. Near plenty of restaurants amd known businesses, even grocery stores, are in walking distance.

This was my first time at the hotel and I m pleased I choose to stay with them. Spent 3 nights with them. Personnel was friendly and helpful and facilities were nice

Hotel had a large lobby area that includes a small bar that offers a open bar with snack from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm to all guests

The room was really spacious offers a coffee machine and microwave. In my case the room had a bedroom area and a separate area for a living space + desk. It had two TVs witch is a nice touch but what really sold me was the bathroom that offered a large curved window with awesome street views

Bathroom amenities were great and everything was pretty clean

Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel has a connection to a little mall that has like 3-4 restaurants so that s a plus

Will definitely stay with then again next time

Great for Business Only, the Hotel wont allow any family or friends to visits unless you pay for each individual, basically your Reservation is per person, not per room.
The Pool is always cold and the Spa is never on, at 9:00 pm Secutiry kick you out of the pool.
Been a HH member doesn t count.
Other than that, the location and the rooms are nice.

Clean, modern, pleasant staff, excellent view. Call and ask and ask what you will need that they will help you. They put a cake for my husband who was years old and a crib for my baby. Definitely, it's worth what you pay for.

It is a place to be with nature, to breathe fresh air in a quiet and peaceful environment.

The hotel facilities are very well maintained, the conference room is quite large and spacious, good for giving talks or conferences.

An excellent service Rooms well organized and clean. They provide you with water, coffee, tea, sugar and glasses in the room. The room has 2 cable TV, coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. They also have a folder with nearby places of interest, beaches and the restaurant menu and even the Apple Bees menu which is on the ground floor of the hotel. They have a pool and gym with modern machines, free weights and clean towels. In the morning you can delight with the free breakfast buffet and if you want you can order breakfast to your liking. They are very attentive, they bring coffee to the table and prepare it to taste. In the afternoons there are 2 hours of open bar where you can have beers, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and desserts. And all that with a friendly and attentive staff both in the lobby and in the restaurant.
