Excellent services, attention, location, facilities, BEAUTIFUL !!

Excellent hotel, with a very strategic location for people coming to the Dominican Republic to do business, since it gives accessibility to visit several companies of the central polygon. It has rooms for various types of events with great quality in the comfort of the areas. Beautiful Lobby, high quality culinary restaurant. Good attention from your employees. Being in a Mall, has lots of parking and facilities for those who stay in it to get many services without leaving the same building. As a gym, cinema and others.

Very good breakfast but the evening reception was reduced to only 1 hr and 2 complimentary drinks per tenant when it was previously open bar for 2 hours, very bad downgrade.

Great place to vacation. Really enjoyed the roller skating rink at the mall attached to it. Had great family fun there.

No way to get soft drinks after hours/late check in. Real nice style though.

Stayed there April 21, and 22. The Staff, from Front Desk to Maintenance was Superb. The breakfast buffet was simply delicious. The Atmosphere, was Beautiful. Really enjoyed my time there. Front Desk was always very helpful.

Good service, fast and efficient checkin, we were offered an upgraded room to a suite with stunning views. Breakfast a little fair, perhaps they could offer more variety. Parking in the basement, gym and a shopping center where to go shopping.

We liked it a lot. The rooms, the location and the attention of the staff very good. The views of the spectacular rooms. The only thing to improve is happy hour ... They should charge a little more but improve the offer of what they serve, not just popcorn and tostitos ... It does not go with the hotel.

LOCATED IN THE SAME CENTER OF THE CAPITAL OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, NICE BUILDING, YOU CAN SEE IT FROM ALL THE CITY. CUTE SPACES AND ENVIRONMENT. GOOD ACCESS, VERY GOOD PERSONNEL TRAINED AND ATTENTIVE. THEY NEED TO REMODEL THE LOBBY FURNITURE. GIVE A TOUCH OF COLOR AND NICE JOY TO THE AREAS.

Excellent Hotel Hilton Santo Domingo, located in the center of the city (Ens Naco). A true 5 star hotel. Excellent for tourists traveling on business to the Dominican Republic.

I am planning to visit the Dominican Republic with my entire family, and my friend who lived there sent me the name of this Embassy suit hotel, I decided to check the reviews, and I read that some of the staffs discriminate and are hostile to black people. I don't know how truthful this review is but it's very scary to travel from New York to the DR and be treated that way. I call on the management to investigate that story and train their workers not to be ignorant or judge people base on their skin color, race or religion.

Really nice rooms and suites. The breakfast was also top notch. The pool also is on the 4th floor and has a decent view.

Really nice hotel, but a little pricey. It cost just as much if you were in the states. You could easily cross the street and find everything at a much lower price. They did have free breakfast and open Bar from 5 pm to 7pm. Whiskey and beer only.

I recommend, location and great service. Swimming pool, free drinks in the evening. Breakfast very good but with a long monotonous stay. A small minus for a weekend company at the pool.
