This hotel is one of the best in the city of Santo Domingo

Tonight for the first time it was a very bad experience due to the fact that we did not have a supposed code from the reservation website which we have never needed such a code before. So I was able to access the code and for some reason my wife was not able to, so the general manager was not helpful at all as a matter of fact she was very disrespectful and willingless to help us, considering the fact that we are regular customers. I am extremely disappointed and definitely not going to ever come back to this hotel again, so now at the last moment we had to make a reservation elsewhere and luckily we found something but at a much higher rate.

It is a Citadino Hotel with flattering atmosphere and excellent quality.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is not bad for what you are getting. They have a daily complementary happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 pm where drinks are free to the guests. The complementary snacks may be upgraded because I had Doritos and pork skins. Maybe nuts and peanuts can be added. The staff is very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

I really do not know if they have the best attention but the place has good conditions

Tremendous hotel, a little to improve (a little bit only) in the service but everything is super and inclusive.

Finally this is the place to be! It is an amazing hotel! With 27 floors it is the highest point in Santo Domingo. There, you have: restaurants , bars, multiple ballrooms, they have a plaza, gym, a huge parking lot! the security is tight. It is a very clean place . It is an expensive place, but the service is excellent!

City hotel with good service and quality. Something to note is that it is located in a central part of the city of Santo Domingo.

We chose the hotel for the price relative to what it offered (location, breakfast, etc). But I was positively surprised by a 5 star hotel (in my opinion) but with a 3 star price. Wonderful!

Nice facility and courteous staff. Suites are spacious and family oriented. Nice spread of breakfast - evening reception is icing on the cake. All staff is very supportive. Most of them comfortable with english. Used swimming pool and gym - liked both of those. Very well maintained. Also notice their amazing decor with variety of plant and flower vases.

I feel very gratefull with the service and atention, very professional also the food is great and very beatiful facility, the pool, rooms, lobby etc,wos nice experience and good vacation.

Very good. My travel purpose was business and the Embassy met all expectations: the basic ones, such as a clean, comfortable and ready room with everything I might need; as the additional ones it is like a suitable site with internet access to advance work tasks. Its staff is very friendly and willing to collaborate at all times.

A unique hospitality

Amazing rooms with phenomenal views of the city and ocean. The suite windows wrap around so you can see in multiple directions. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks and beverages were also great.

Nice place for bed and breakfast they lock the all inclusive thing. Jose Miguel is like the best waiter ever.. so humble and pleasant I just wish they were all inclusive...

One of my favorite hotels in the city. When I need an option for a break this is the place. First class service, delicious food, not to mention the suites, are spectacular next to a beautiful view of the city. I recommend it.

Still has some work to be done. Just came back to give them a second chance. And they blew it again. FYI i am a lifetime diamond with hilton. Poor service poor communications and a general lack of hospitality. Better choices available in santo domingo. Stay away!
