Box was opened in New york and coffee, rice, canned tuna, canned salmon and other items were stolen. The box had 4 shipping straps and securely taped. My 88 year old mother in law cried after opening the box that had been cut open and retaped using a different tape, plastic wrap was put around the top to cover the thef. It takes a special kind of animal to steal food from an 88 year old widower. We will not be using this company ever again. They lied about giving credit for stolen items. Never returned my call. Their excuse for the theft is "DR is a third world country." They don't seem to understand the importance of a good reputation for the future growth of a business.
We will give Embarque Tenares one more try. Posted are photos of the box as it was delivered to them in New York. We will post photos of the box as it is received by my Mother in D R.
