I am writing to you because I am very upset with your service. His company Enbarque Tenarez is very little to profess.

On June 25, 2016 they were supposedly picked up a box in my address.

I call him at 9am and they tell me they'll be at my house after 12pm.
At 1pm I will call you again and let me know that the cab is in Bklyn and they will be in my house after 4pm.
At 5pm I call him again and they tell me that the change is still in Bkyn.
I ask him to call the cabion and ask him if he will come, since I have lost a whole day waiting for him.
They inform me that he doesn't answer the phone, I ask him to call me and let me know if they will come.

I call her at 6pm and on time they tell me that she doesn't think she won't come looking for the box.

The lady does not answer anything, nor an apology for the lack of professionalism they had with me.

She gives me the phone of the lord of the truck but he doesn't answer my call, and then she doesn't either.

I think they lack professional ethics for the client and I am very angry that if they could not find my box they would have informed me in time for me to have the opportunity to call another company.
