Worst Handover experience , and very bad after sale service. Really disappointed.

A great place for the high class is not suitable for the other layers of society

This place is a fantasy, and you think that I came to Egypt

Would never recommend buying any property from emaar as I am an existing owner . Worst construction quality I have seen . Rain caused major damages for roof slab ( 2nd time in less than a year since unit handover) despite that earlier emaar facility management engineers confirmed problem is solved ! ( unfortunately facility management department have no proper engineering experience at all )

Quiet and beautiful place but needs more organization

Emaar Uptown Cairo is the people who live in this place Egyptians, and there is no place for people who are beyond the imagination

The subject of industrial bumps is not very nice
Although the bumps are supposed to be many when you walk the way out because it is on a house, we find the opposite is the one

My villa is one year old and has some serious cracks and they said you fix on your own ...need advise ...this is not due to normal use ...it is your bad construction!! #emar.egypt#

Tried to arrange cleaning of our villa. Call centre staff do not call you back to arrange appts. Hard to plan with them.

This situation occurred to me from the sales that are required, which is the one that markets you, and it does not overpower you. When I go to the office and prefer to speak to it on the mobile, I don t know, the story happened 3 times, and the last time he replied, he told me that the owners of the building had spent a lot of time, even though the announcement went down again yesterday.

An antique place in Mokattam, but attention must be paid to all surrounding roads and the price is very overpriced

As a professional investor i have to say this company is a disgrace! Apart from Nadeen in sales who is fantastic the people who run this company treat you like cattle! I have invested in many companies in egypt and after my experience in the last 2 weeks Emaar masr will never see another invest from me or anyone I know!

My agent went to give the handover cheque for one unit to complete. He was handed a bill of 80,000 Le interest on late payment. However we had only received a letter to complete only 2 weeks earlier since I live in London.

When my agent request to see the unit the agreed and said he should wait for the car. 3 hours later he was told that my unit in Terencia is now ready and he must sign that it is completed. When he refused and explained only I can do that as I need to see the unit and check the snagging list he was refused entry to first unit!

That was Thursday. So on Friday I sent an email asking if my unit in Terencia was ready (it has so far been delayed 2.5 years) I had no response. Today I received a call from a girl who spent half her time being condescending or laughing, I was clearly not amused. I had said in the email that I arrive in cairo the last day of March and would like to make an appointment for the first week of April, her response was that the Handover date is 28th March and if you can t complete we will charge you. I replied be on notice as per you contractual obligations what ever you unreasonably charge me for the difference in a few days I will expect that same rate for period of delays by your side.

She insisted a letter had been sent to me last Thursday the day my agent was in uptown paying for the other penthouse! So I asked why are you sending a letter after demanding a signature from my agent, regardless that o have been chasing for months the completion date.

I was then told by this arrogant young lady (Samar Nashaat) that my agent would be authorised to sign for the villa but not see the penthouse! Also I would no be allowed a snagging list as the development is in mature phase.

This woman is an idiot and needs to be moved to farming or dealing with animals.

It s so stunning that one person can be responsible for souring your relationship with a company so badly, thankfully I did not buy the two villas more in marassi and uptown.

For my property investing friends choose from. Tiba (la vista), cairo festival, OUD for your money. From someone who has invested millions of dollars in all these companies and more! You will at least be treated with some dignity and respect as an investor and resident!

Emaar has surprised me, I bought a unit that was supposed to be finished 1 year and 3 months ago but I still haven t received it... I ve called multiple of times they ignored me. The service if the company is terrible.

I advise you all don t buy from them.
