Horrible experience. Screwed up pouring a concrete pad and then refused to make it right. Planted in the winter with a guarantee they won t honor - over 60% of what they planted died within weeks. Wouldn t respond to calls or texts until I threatened to sue and only then made a completely half assed attempt to fix their mistake which only made it worse. Now I m stuck having to pay a real landscape company to fix their damage and make it right. This company is run by crooks. Avoid like the plague.

I had my vehicle trashed by these jerks in a parking garage. Why would you blow dirt and trash around in a closed space filled with cars.......maybe you'd better stick to mowing the lawn..........

I had this company come out to landscape after installing a pool. The pool company recommended them and stopped using them as well. I had them landscape the front and sides, replace the grass damaged from the pool install, install rock in the beds around the pool, and do drainage work. I was told I would be picking out flower pots for my design, which they chose and just delivered.
I asked that they use landscape fabric in all beds, which they did not do. When they came back to fix it, they used pieces (which keep sticking out) so they wouldn't have to move much mulch at once. They re-configured my sprinkler system to different zones and lost the wires for one zone, which the fence guys found later and they refused to fix. We fixed it ourselves.
They didn't even replace the small area of grass at the end of the pool (where the dog walks into the yard) until I made them return. Then I discovered that the sprinkler in that area is not even connected!
They used my old mulch and bought a different brand so it didn't match. it was spread so thin you could see the dirt.
I requested certain bushes which I finally got some of after I complained.
They placed the drains from the downspouts in the middle of the yard instead of the edge (the covers keep falling off).
They pulled out my diseased knock-out roses and replaced them with creeping roses, which I was told would be fine. The next spring, they became diseased and I was told I could pay another $500 to replace them. They only had a 90 day warranty (you get one year with Home Depot and Lowes for 1/10th the price).
The sod they brought in had so much nut grass and weeds in it that I am still trying to get rid of it, professionally, after one year!
All this for $12,000. It should have been around $3000.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET SOMEONE ELSE!

I think these guys try hard. Rather than go into details regarding my dead lawn (which wasn't "all" their fault), all I can say is that I personally don't think they are fair people. I don't believe that they have the integrity they need to be in a service business. I hate writing this about a small business because I am very partial to small local businesses and rather shop local than a chain. But come on guys - maybe you can get better from this feedback. Think about the customers, treat them the way you'd like to be treated and all will be okay.

As far as new customers go, please be careful. Not sure they are morally grounded.

Terrible company! They sent Julie out to give us an estimate and she completely dropped the ball and never got us the quote she promised in 2 weeks. We emailed her and she said it was on the way, still nothing. So I called and they were going to look in to it. This has been 5 weeks now! Never got a call back. Do they not want the business??

I am surprised to read the previous reviews. We used Allscapes after going round and round with another company for months. I could go on and on about my awful experience with Outdoor Signature, who has glowing online reviews. They did offer me a few hundred dollars off of a $40k project if I posted a positive review, so I guess they buy their good reviews.

My experience with Allscapes was pleasant and expedient. The design and the pricing were congruent (unlike the other company). The crew came early, worked late and they left my yard neat and clean at the end of every day. The owner was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. In addition to landscaping, they also reworked our sprinkler system and rerouted our downspouts away from the house. The work was just completed and I have already referred Allscapes to friends and neighbors who've inquired.
