Great location for full service wash. Fair prices. The only thing they could do better is wiping the inside down.

The wash was great!! But I was supposed to have my car vacuumed also. (Only asked for the wash and vacuum) They did a great job with the vacuum in the drivers area, but only half way vacuumed the back seat and didnt even attempt the 3rd row or back hatch area of my SUV. Pretty disappointed.

Doesn't keep posted hours (web sight) the quality has really slipped in the last few years mostly on cleaning the windows, for the rather high price you pay for the service they should do a better job on the interior. Use to be top Top Notch be now just average.

Excellent Full Service carwash. Roughly $15-20 but they do everything, inside and out.

Wow. Has really gone down hill since new ownership. So sad. Used to be the best in town.

I just spend over 20.00 getting my car wash and they did not clean the doors did not clean my console.. I go back and am told they don t clean the doors.. hello!! That s part of cleaning a car I have never in mylife heard such a thing I will be driving 35 minutes away to get a real car wash from now, will never come back nor recommend to anyone

This place is racist the people frowns at you I wish I could give this place zero stars took my car threw the wash today and got scratches and dents on the passenger side of my car on drivers door was also banged up while open called them and of course manager denied that there was nothing there that can dent and scratch your car ....except racist people that dry it.....#blackpeopleareheretostay

I chose the most expensive car wash so i could drive away with my car completely detailed. I even asked before i paid, if my dash an cup holders would be cleaned. The workers there insured me everything i wanted would be done. It was half done when i into my car. Stil dust all over the dash, cup holders dirty, inside door panals weren't touched, and the vacuum job was terrible. I will not be going back. For $25, i should have gotten what i paid for. That ended up being worth $10 car wash an vacuum i could have done myself.

The staff and services are well worth it to maintain your car. It would be more expensive to buy all all these products yourself let alone the time.

I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail that I received at Elliott Auto Bath! The cost of the car wash was a great value. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great place to get you vehicle washed at a reasonable price.

Guides on the auto wash scuffed my 3 day old wheels. Don't go here. Car was dirtier than when I got here. Would've mentioned it to the people here but they were less than friendly. Would not go here.

It's a touch free wash. They vacuum out your car and wipe it down. It's a great deal for the price just don't expect your car to get detailed.

As always, the service was excellent. The only complaint I have is the restrooms were closed to the public. I am 79 year old man with heart trouble and take water pills to keep the water from billing up around my heart. I need the restrooms open

Not a good place for me today. I have been here lots of time and always had a good job done. Not today, as a matter of fact, I would say they stole my money today. Nearly $25.00 of service was paid for, and the young man didn't even try to do a good job. He didn't touch the front or back windshields...didn't get the soap of of the bottoms of the runners in the door jams.. spots on the body were greasy from the dirty rag he used. Very poor quality today. They told me that they can not refund money, so I'll dispute the charge on my bank card. It looks like I'll find a new place, or do it myself. Very reductive experience.

Very unfortunate experience at this establishment. Just found out about them a few weeks ago and had a fine experience. Showed up last night at 5:30 and they were closed. (I understand the hours stated are weather permitting.) Sign displayed they would be open at 9:00 AM. Came back this morning at 8:50. Parked right next to sign that displayed opening at 9:00 AM. Someone from the business came out and switched the sign to 11:00 AM. Clearly saw me parked there waiting and never said anything to me and started walking back inside. No explanation, no I am sorry but we unable to open until 11:00. All I can say is WOW. I finally rolled down my window and asked and the only reply was we open at 11:00. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I understand things and conditions happen but what poor customer service. I will never be back again and I will be looking for a new place to wash my car. Its a shame because I was happy to find a place that was a touch free wash. Will have to search for someplace new now.

Always do an excellent job of cleaning my car. The system they use brushless and therefore does not put micro scratches on the paint finish.

Always polite employees, great service. Priced on the higher side byt well worth it.

They do a really good job on your car. They also offer detailing services but you have to let them know in advance

Good except for when one lf the carwash guys complained about not getting a tip when we already tipped inside with our card. He then said that nobody gets those tips...so make sure you have cash for tips so you're not put in an odd situation. In the meantime, get your ship together, management!

Best car wash in Middletown. They hand dry your car at the end. Very detailed. My son works there, he's the best!

Elliot's does a nice job, switched to Four Seasons recently and now I'm back! Cost savings wasn't worth the lack of quality. Sometimes you have to let them know they need to hit this or that but they're just people, no one is perfect but they do a nice job!

Just started going there after my purchase of an other car kept in mint condition. I have been there three times and will continue to go. 100% quality and attention to detail. This business has received award's for the quality of their services. Would highly recommend.

They do a great job washing and cleaning the interior of the car.

Best car wash around. And thier detailer is amazing! He made my jeep look band new and it's a 1999. I highly recommend people going to him. I've went to a few places before and No one I mean no one can do it like he did.

Hate to write a negative review but it is what it is. I had a black vehicle detailed for about $250. When I got the car it was covered in what looked like shiny swirl layers from what I assume to be a horrible job with a buffer. When the light hits it, it is nothing but shiny buffer swirls. I had to go back over it and wipe off dried wax, even in open areas like the middle of the door. There are some scratches that feel completely flat with the paint, not grooved in, yet they didn't get them out. I'm not sure they used a polish or just didn't know what they were doing. Then they got wax all over the plastic trim. It says they use trim dressing which is similar to armor all on the plastic but he said since many people don't want it they didn't use it. First off, if you advertise it, you do it, unless otherwise asked or noted. At this point it pretty much had to be done because all the trim had white faded spots from them getting wax on it. The only real positive was the interior which was the best it could get I assume. On a side note, when they use do their regular washes I notice that they throw their used drying towels on the asphalt. I don't know what they do with them after that but I doubt they throw them away. That is a good way to get rocks in the towels and scratches on your car.

This place is amazing! Don't think they got it clean enough, they will rewash it. Owners are very awesome, and the people there are very accommodating. The detailer there is off the hook with the new line he brought with him. If you ever need your car or truck washed or detailed, Elliotts is the place!

Need to sweep a little better. I always return home to re-sweep and wipe the inside down. For the money, needs to be more thorough.

I'm not sure why they put full service cars thru every other car when people who aren't getting full service are waiting and could be put ahead but I'm sure they have their reasons and the service is as good or better than any other local full serve car wash and at the finishing end, their employees are a little more customer service attentive than the starting line

Horrible!!! Posted pictures on Facebook. I came here 2 years ago and never came back because the backseat floor wasn't vaccumed. But tiday I decided to give you another chance. First of all I had to drive back thru to get my floor swept a 2nd time because it was still dirty. The interior wasn't touched at all even though I left a $10 tip......my fault I guess for trusting I would get what I paid for!!!! Worst $35 car wash I've ever had!!! Would not recommend this place for nothing!!!

Great full service car wash. It's nice to pull up & minutes later your car is clean & smelling great inside & out.

This place does Excellent job on cleaning your car inside and out People complain about having to wait in line but that's how you know they are Good at what they do if there is a line and everyone there

I drive all the way from miamisburg to get my car washed here. They are the best around. I highly recommend this place.

The service was poor I paid for the Monkey premium $23.54 for a $12 job that I could've done better myself. They didn't vacuum under my seats nor on the sides. I had to ask the technician to wipe the fingerprints off the inside of the windshield he was even going to attempt to then replied if I can. They didn't vacuum my mats nor did they replace them, they didn't wipe off the front console. I called to make the complaint and the customer service agent wasn't willing to offer any reimbursement. My husband asked for at least $5 dollars off the next wash she replied we don't refund over $2 for vacuum nevermind the other negligence..I will never patronize this place again. The customer service and overall service is horrible I will be going to the full service hand carwash from now on. I will not recommend this place for a bicycle wash let alone a car wash not to mention I tipped $7 before checking silly me...a $30 waste...S.Moore

The line broke down on this, my first visit. The owner walked around handing out free next wash coupons. I was happy to wait for them to fix it. They did a pretty decent job.

Great car wash - they do nice work and the people are always nice. Can be a bit crowded so plan on spending some time there as the staff are pretty thorough. Can be difficult to get to exterior-only lane if there are more than a dozen cars waiting to be vacuumed. Interior waiting area is tight but I think this can be attributed to their popularity.
