In a world that is changing every day, we were lucky to quickly get a quote from ProInnovation on a virtual event we were planning less than 2 months from our date. ProInnovation was truly wonderful to work with and we were thrilled to see the level of detail and thoughtfulness in their work. Throughout our time working together, we had clear objectives and communicated often to make sure we were on task and set up for success. The night of the event, Rob and his team executed perfectly and it was such a relief! For years Proinnovation has webcast Vitech's annual meeting in NYC. Rob and the Proinnovation team fly to Florida to video and photograph Vitech's V3 Connect conference. Our staff head shots and product demo videos have been professionally produced by Rob and his team. I think of Proinnovation as an extension of our marketing/production team here at Vitech. The Verona Public School District worked with ProInnovation to design, develop, and deliver an individual family, in-person high school graduation ceremony that was live streamed on the evening of the scheduled commencement. Rob and his crew were simply amazing. They are talented, innovative, and thoughtful which resulted in a live streamed virtual graduation second to none. The amount of planning and preparation that went into our graduation event was tremendous. Rob and his team were always there to deliver on the high quality production. I was able to witness firsthand the amount of work that went into the behind the scenes production. ProInnovations also developed and coordinated similar ceremonies for our middle school 8th grade promotion ceremony and our four elementary 4th grade farewell ceremonies. I was impressed with how they juggled all of these events within a short time frame as true professionals. Rob and his team are simply amazing and our schools were fortunate to partner with them to deliver a point in time for our families and students that is truly memorable.

Due to the pandemic, we contacted ProInnovation for a quote for an American Cancer Society gala event we were looking to turn virtual. We hired Rob with ProInnovation to webcast a wedding to a family member who was bedridden in a hospital. I found his company on a Google search. This was a small job that the other companies I contacted turned down due to the low budget we had and the short time we had to get it together. He went over the top to get this put together! He was available the entire weekend working to get the needed technical connections set up for us in New York, New Jersey and Memphis, TN. Thanks to his company, ProInnovation, Grandma was able to see her first granddaughter get married despite being in the hospital.
