Elgiganten Review

Wide range of stuff. Airy o Easy to find the ones to have. Did the salesman feel a bit insistent o did not really listen to what I needed.

Really the top just responded to the checkout last Saturday!

Hassle with delivery and invoice and when I search they promise to call up but nothing happens. To me, they are called Felgiganten.

Pretty big electronics store. You should find whatever you're looking for.

It's a nice place to buy all home accessories, electric goods, latest technology, gadgets. But while shopping, we can't get free water to drink, so people with kids must carry water bottle because it takes time to decide and buy home appliances and kids get frustrated soon. I could not even find a mineral water bottle to purchase today, their freezer was empty because on christmas sale it was fully crowded!!!

Huge selection of electric appliances and as a bonus they also have a section for merchandise from games, like figures and masks etc.

Spent 3 hours in the store to buy a new mobile and get it installed and ready and copy over info from the old one. Complicated things ......

In spite of empty shop, I had to look up people for help, staff who are talking about what to do for the weekend or something.
Nice when I got help though.

Incorrect stock balance, so no purchase anyway.
Did not work aspepp to fix the balconies either.

Good store, large selection of goods with a calm and good environment. However, the prices are extremely high. Competitors are usually cheaper but also cheaper on their own website. Why not book online and come back later and save hundreds of dollars?

Not the funniest deal and the staff who work there to pick up packages that were ordered online were not particularly nice or accommodating.

Has still 1.5 weeks after purchase of refrigerator and freezer the product is not in place and ready to use.Shopped on Monday, delivery would be on Wednesday..delivery took place on Tuesday 1 week later and then still could not fulfill the order.Sickly poor feedback, The electric giant blames the courier company instead of taking responsibility.

They "sold" an item like that, after the item was paid, turned out they had not!
This PROUD that the seller said they had checked that it was in stock!
Several other people we talked to said that they had also happened to the same thing!
We will NEVER shop there again !!

Helpful staff an occasion of choices when it comes to electronics. They also have a kitchen concept, fair priced too.

Picked up a fridge that was reserved it went smoothly. Easy to park got help with loading of friendly staff.

Good store with a large selection of electronic products.

The staff was unread about the goods they sell. Said it was not possible to download an app on a TV without having to buy an apple TV. Then the son fixed it when we got home. Talk about that they just want you to buy extra unnecessary things. Then when I would buy a milk frother there was no one to ask. Just a girl from a coffee-capsule company and she knew nothing.

Staff are not interested in helping customers.

Good offers, and variety of products, just a bit far away from everything, but is not impossible to reach the place. The bus pass litle bit away but it's OK.

Huge place. I don't like the entry & exit to roam whole shop even we don't want to.

One of the larger EL-Gigaten supermarkets around that is only on one floor. I think..

Anyway, while the comfort of no up and down between floors has struk me with comfort there is no really unique feature with this store comparing it its sister stores.
Staff are nice and oriented, the floor planning is what to expect with the only exception being that the entrance and exit are on two different sides and not 2-in-1 as common in others.

The reason why I talk so much about the environmental layout more is that there is no really other bad point to point out.

EL-GIGATEN is good :)

Very airy store without narrow passageways and excessively crowded with people. The two sellers I talked to (tested them a bit, asked things I already knew but to find out the honesty and skills the staff possess) could respond well and correct at the most so a thumbs up there!

The supply is, in my measure, great for being a physical store. However, I have to remark that it was quite messy and rude on many shelves, despite the fact that ration staff: customers lay on maybe 1: 4 on a Tuesday afternoon just before pay.

For me, there was no purchase just this time, but according to my experience all over the Elgiganten, they are doing good care and protecting the customer. Strongly recommend this store if you do not want to get crowded but still have access to relatively large range and with competent nice sellers!

Well-sorted and very friendly staff. Free parking and just opposite Ikea so you can hit two flies in a bang.

Bought TV here a month ago, incredibly nice and knowledgeable seller (Peshko). Also a big plus for carrying help out to the car.

Large, boring store with uninterested staff and long queues to pay.

Nice shop but not a trace of staff. We needed help but that help was not available. We shop in another service-oriented shop and will not trouble the Elgiganten in Barkarby anymore.

Fiddle! Bought an amplifier 5 months ago that does not work, have had it submitted several times without action and I do not get the money back! Never shop there!

Best place to buy electronics, they sales people are honest

Very big with many things to offer except service, especially the cashiers. They were more interested in talking with each other rather than taking care of the costumers
