A lot of bad sellers who promise green forests but...

A lot of bad sellers who promise green forests but do not fill up. Had bought an item that any seller had sold out and now a week later we have to go 20min from us to brings stock to get it. It feels like the worst purchase of the year. I will never shop from the electric giant store or online again even though I have been a customer for over 15 years with them. Sorry that bad phone sellers are destroying so much and the logistics are out of bad !!!!

The majority of the staff is nice. Good selection, Apple and Samsung departments as well as nice product presentation. (Display)
The communication between the sellers and the warehouse staff when we had to answer the same question twice if the product was in stock.

You get a star because the delivery of goods is the worst thing about you. For each customer the boys take, they take a 30 minute break. Is there no one checking them to make sure they are working? !! You have to complain to those who are at the checkout.

Elgiganten has the worst customer service in Swede...

Elgiganten has the worst customer service in Sweden. I had a terrible shopping experience. I went to buy iPhone X in Silver color.

There were 2 people a salesman and salesgirl. The salesman called his warehouse perosn, and he said there were no items in the warehouse, while in the systme it showed few pieces were still there.









Indeed later I bought the phone from Mediamkt instead. I recommend not to buy from Elgiganten.

Elgiganten has the worst customer service in Sweden. I had a terrible shopping experience. I did not buy iPhone X in Silver color.

There were 2 people a seller and seller. The seller called his warehouse perosn, and he said there were no items in the warehouse, while in the systm showed that some were still there.

I told the vendor that I am in a hurry, and my family is waiting for me for dinner and they are hungry. So if you do not have it, let's skip it. Until he said please wait for 5 minutes, and then she went to the warehouse to check, and came back after 15 minutes and said that it is available.

So I bought it and then paid for it. At the pickup counter, they said he would bark it in a few minutes. Meanwhile I thought of my family, I booked a taxi. But the guy came back now and saifd there are no pieces available. He then went to check out the salesman who had booked it and came back after another 5 minutes and said he could not find her. Then I went with him to look for her, and when we found her she was simply unapologetic.

Then I had to stand up in the queue to get the money back. Meanwhile, the uber guy interrupted the reservation, and I had to pay cancellation fees to him too, and then told me that it will take a few days before my decreases return to my account.

Overall, I was wasted for 45 minutes, with a family waiting for me, taxis canceled, paying cancellation fees, rebooking a new taxi and simply no excuses from Elgiganten.

In fact, I actually bought the phone from Mediamrkt instead. I recommend that you do not buy from Elgiganten.

I like this store of elgiganten. It is big, nice display of all different items and the staf is helping too. They do not have super huge parking so on days when there are lot of people visiting it, the parking could be an issue. However, you can park in Ikea's parking jusg on the other side of road and take a walk.

Ordered a TV online, recieved a notification that ...

Ordered a TV online, recieved a notification that the TV was ready for pickup. Called the customer service at Elgiganten to verify and yes, they confirmed that the TV was ready for pickup. Said and done, went to the store in Barkarby, paid for the TV and went to the delivery point. But no TV.

Now I have traveled to Barkarby in vain. I have paid for the TV that I don't get and a ton of administrative work to get my money back. Not to forget - I still don't have a TV.

I wish that this was a one time occurrence but it's always like this with Elgiganten. Never again.
