Hemed service until paid. Bad about staff who actually deliver the product. 75% of the time was spent waiting for the simple gadget I just paid for.

Uninterested staff. A cashier who chews chewing gum rather than up the mark on the customer.

I just bought a Smartwatch from them and the product wasn't in the box..

This is so misleading; the place should be called Elgiganten Microstore; the range is totally useless compared to, for example, Elgiganten Bromma Blocks; most people are not just looking for a refrigerator, housekeeper or coffee maker.
I went here, found nothing but went on to Elgiganten Bromma Blocks where there was a better selection and the staff was out in the whole store, instead of nesting around the mobiles.
Otherwise, only the cash registers and the return / complaint counter seemed to be staffed.

Good service by nice employees. However, my salesperson was a little ignorant of the product I was interested in but willing to learn (from me) as well as to ask other employees, which resulted in a rewarding conversation. The result was quite expensive for me (it costs to be on top) despite their excellent prices. They were the cheapest in the EU at just the product I was interested in and always have very competitive prices for the most part they are selling. Highly recommended!
