A robust deal, unfortunately a bit limited with brands.

Not so aware of what they are selling and when I have bought things it does not match what they have said ...

The staff is stunned by customers In one it's a bit annoying when you talk about the product

Here they tricked me I ordered Bosch brand o they delivered Electrolux o I could not return

A too committed and reliable salesman from Sweden's Energy disturbed us when we were checking out the washing machine. Sorry to hire such scam companies. Now it will be washing machine from one of your competitors. Will not return to Elgiganten after this experience.

Large Elgiganten store in Barkarby, good selection of electronic and home items. Prices are comparable to competitors and returns are relatively easy. This brand has stores all over Sweden and do offer an online service that tells you how many of the item you want they have in a particular store.

They have scammers who disturb customers and try to break electricity agreements. Never shop here again.

A fool to sellers from the million lottery ran around the store chasing us customers. What is that way?

Tons of staff yet none to actually give any meaningful help. They always feel arrogant towards you, the customer, and every time I'm there in reminded why I prefer shopping online.

Big store with plenty of choices available for anything from mobile phones to kitchen utilities. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store has generous opening hours. Prices are not the best overall, but Elgiganten offers Good deals quite often. All in all, a good place for finding good deals.

Not assist staff. Worthless staff at smart watches. We'd buy one for her daughter, and we were not allowed to even try it if it fits on the wrist. Sellers just disappeared ....
