Top good shop and very nice and helpful staff. As it has always been on Elgiganten since they came to Barkarby in 1994. Have always liked that store from the very beginning.

Fairly big store with many collections of electronics.

Poor service where the seller does not listen to needs but tries to sell for their own gain. Good selection though

Yesterday, June 13, I was in Barkarby to shop for golf golf equipment and took the opportunity to visit Elgiganten Megastore to buy some network cables.

A pretty big and well stocked store.
Difficult to get in touch with the staff, once they manage to get hold of them, they are not competent or knowledgeable, service-friendly. Rather tired .. Has become so strange.
Have been there a dozen times and my assessment is after my visit.
Go here if you know what to buy, want advice, go elsewhere.

Visited Elgiganten on Black Friday, it was crowded by both staff and customers in the middle of the day. Despite all these people there was parking space. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for. However, the staff was very helpful and showed me where the item should have been and also checked the stock.

Thank you Elgiganten in Barkarby for fantastic fast service when I dropped my cellphone in the floor and the glass went in thousands of pieces. New mobile and help transferring all my mibilinfo. Such a professional guy who did everything to me when I had a little time due to being at Arlanda at a certain time. I was liiiite stressed. Everything worked out
