Elgiganten Review

This is a great buy for electronics and quite often the competence of the staff is very diverse, but with an unimpressive cut. This time I asked about laptops and was very competently serviced.

I hate myself every time I shop here. I suppose it's great if you're a 'waiting in line' enthusiast, or enjoy being treated poorly.

Unfortunately I had the bad luck of getting help from a person that had no knowledge of the products and was literally making up things as he went. We asked another staff for help that treated me like an inconvenience. And was very rude. Got no help from either sales people. After informing the staffmember that his behaviour was unprofessional I got told that it was my problem and he just walked.
The lady at the tills and the man at the collections were very nice. But the two sales people were a complete let down. My advice is do all the research online and buy the items at mediamarkt instead.

Very good and nice shop with good service. But it is not always like the pick-up message comes, when they have received goods that have been ordered on the website. I therefore recommend that you go there at the middle of the pick-up period if you have not received SMS and check that the goods are not already there.

Good range okay prices. Bought last cold and freezer, thought 3v was a long delivery time but really good guys came and picked up the old appliances and drove the new ones.

Nice staff ... but she who helped me in the shop said one price, and she at the checkout said another. So I had to stand and divide with growing queue behind me. Not funny!

That's what the elgigant is. Sorry and with mass electronics. You will find what you need.

Absolutely ok if you know before what to wear!
The staff is looking to hurt you as much as you can!
Needs analysis and selling the right things are not evident in their sales school.
Without being here you have to be on your guard, check for yourself what you need.
If you blindly trust that these sellers you come home with the products they have the highest margin on or products that they need to get rid of in the store is my feeling.

Do not go here if you need cables, stuff for electrical installation, and so on. Not even regular selection of LED lights. The name is very misleading!

Nice seller and good discount when buying more appliances

Good and very nice staff who helped me with my stooora carton containing a soundbar and sub bass. It weighed "only" 15 kg but the size made it difficult for me to drive it out and also bring my walker to the taxi. The information on Elgiganten's site made it easy for me to choose the speakers, and their "Collect @ Store" meant that I knew the speakers were in stock. The proximity to Max Hamburger next door is a big plus for me.

Idiotically pay-before-you-get-warehouse system. Has the seller written the wrong words, you have paid for the wrong item and may not advertise when you open the package and discover it.

Got my headphones. Which I'm happy about when I know what I'm looking for.

However, a little disappointed that the discount coupon is only for 3 days. Can think at least 14 days. And that maybe more people in the technology booth should be more generally knowledgeable about various computer components, so you do not have to wait for someone who knows everything.

Otherwise one of the better places in barkaby and has a chance to attract gamers or technology interested if you do a little more package prices for good price.

They got you covered with anything tech. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are very competitive.
