Weiter so!!

Corona time. Since Corons was there, the salespeople have simply become lazy.

So I only buy something from the Bauhaus when I need something from the hardware store, but this branch has a lot of unfriendly employees and few help you if you ask for something or need help. But there are also nice employees even if they are in the minority. Personally, I avoid this branch and prefer to drive a little further away

I cannot recommend the Bauhaus in the city center. The staff are incompetent and very rude. Simple information seems to be asking too much. Since it is not the first time that I leave the shop unsatisfied and unsatisfied, here is my honest opinion: Train your staff in customer-oriented work. It cannot be too much to be nice and courteous to customers. Many of my friends share my opinion. They definitely lost me as a customer.

It's so handy to have a hardware store in the middle of the city. I do not have a car and am very grateful that this market exists here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, in addition, the market is well sorted and you will find almost everything you need at least for small craft work.

I have never been asked in a Bauhaus whether you can help me. But it happened here again today Very nice staff, helpful, competent and honest - also at the checkout! The branch is not big, but you can find what you need. Centrally located in the squares, quickly reached by tram, bike or car. This is definitely my favorite Bauhaus

Staff is great and very helpful. However, the location is quite tiny (for Bauhaus conditions), so if you want to be sure you can find everything, head to the locations in Mallau or Waldhof.

Hello Bauhaus Mannheim, it would be very good and if your Installed in the rolling mill where previously the real was, and in Ludwigshafen in it there the Bauhaus could come in. That would be good for the people of Ludwigshafen and for me too. Yours sincerely, A. Narweleit

Hi, so the DIY chain Bauhaus knows everyone. Also in the city center of Mannheim in the squares there is a small branch. Here, however, significant cuts must be made to the usual range, as the company for this space is missing. It is a slimmed down version of the company. For little things such as a few screws, a new light bulb or n'bissel tool you are right here. There are also the possibilities to cut material as usual, but you have to deal with a minimum of common materials here as well. I recommend one of the larger out-of-town stores. One is consoled for almost every third article, unfortunately, a delivery for pickup in the store also worked once (although I have tried it at least five times). Another shortcoming for me is the new hype with the cashier, another cashier on which one is served opens only in extreme onslaught. After all, here there is a private parking garage. At the staircase of the parking garage there is also a public but liable to pay toilet.

BAUHAUS - R5 1-5, 68161 Mannheim, Germany, is part of a chain of shops for tools, supplies, building materials, repairs, horticulture, furnishings and house maintenance. If you were looking for tools, building materials, paints and more more than 50 years ago, you had to go from the store to the store until you found everything you needed. When DIY - the DIY idea gains strength, BAUHAUS is the first chain to realize this idea in Germany. Concept: BAUHAUS introduces itself as a workshop, house and garden specialist and offers a complete range in one place. Since the early 1960s, BAUHAUS has offered a wide range of specialized retailers, supplemented by competent advice, customer-oriented service and good prices.

Small Bauhaus with a manageable range. Sometimes it makes a messy impression. Finding employees who advise you is more or less a matter of luck. But if you have found one, it is very nice and helpful. Parking is very convenient right next to the XXL car park.

Catastrophic customer service. Too little staff on the normal customer quantity. Had to wait almost half an hour to talk to a specialist. Unfortunately, no convincing performance.

Full Verarsche .... offer Kfz.-trailer for 295 euros and have about 50 pieces are on the farm. If you want to buy one, they say they are all sold. Nevertheless, they are 10 days later still with the same price tag in the yard. Suddenly the same pendants cost more than 400, - Euro and are to be obtained again! Something called also "dumb run". We do not buy anything anymore in this hardware store but go now to other providers. Be careful - often the price attached to the shelf does not match the price that appears at the cash register. Experienced several times. Screws 16.50 euros on the shelf and then 20 euros at the box office. This often happens and so you have to go almost on purpose. Good service is different, quality of the goods at times questionable. Globus Weinheim is a lot better here

Presumably the impression is deceptive, but it was once a joy to "have" to the Bauhaus, it has become a rather necessary evil for some months. In addition to the impression of a permanent construction site, declining quality of the products offered, some unmotivated and unfriendly employees, wants to pay even by the absolutely impersonal self-service cashier no more shopping pleasure. I've recently had the feeling that I'm the annoying customer in the business. Individual, rather joyful experiences, unfortunately, do not manage to convey the positive impression of 2 or 3 years ago. Pity
