The products break down, no matter what you buy - EVERYTHING goes wrong. And on top of that, they have the world's worst service, they are embarrassingly bad and have learned scripts that they use every time a customer complains about a product. You get absolutely no help, however, they take MORE paid to repair the product. Deceivers are they.

Was right inside the electricity giant barkarby and was going to check on a speaker. Then a female salesperson comes up and asks what I am interested in, etc. She says that she can give a better price if I get away to the computer. I'm kind of not even sure I want to buy anything yet but want to feel a little on different speakers. Once at the computer, it turns out that she has no idea at all about speakers or anything about models, etc. She just wants to heel me a damn electricity subscription from Sweden electricity or whatever they were called ... Absolutely sick. I say I'm not interested, but she just keeps going. When I ask why she is swaying electricity inside the electricity giant, she says that "yes, but we work with electricity". Claims that Fortum is 100% more expensive .. I finally only got to go from there .. Absolutely unbelievable what a damn staff. Will never go back there anyway ..

Good product range.

Good product range.

On the whole ok - good staff, but: Hire more at the mobile phone counter! Invest in training and quality of staff.

Clean the store better.

A plus for good warehousing of the products.

Is good with electronics gadgets (big) I returned a gaming mouse within 30 days and got the money back, the top we also bought a Samsung TV here six months ago and got good help with which TV we would choose, we are satisfied. Good with parking!

Lots of staff but asked for help. Be too busy talking to each other.
Would return a product. It sat 2 st before me and waited. 5 minutes no staff expected. Added to the checkout and pressed a button. Waited another 4 mins ago came 2 pcs which I perceived as being at lunch at the same time.

Clean and fresh but lousy staff to be watched for. In June, I bought a Samsung mobile that was locked to Europe's sim card. Before I bought, I told the staff that it was a gift and that I would take it outside Europe. It will work said he only put Swedish sim card and call a short call and it will work outside of Europe. It did not work!! I contacted them and became male to samsung who said the information was incorrect.
Last week, a friend bought a white goods and wanted to pay by Ecster. The other received incorrect information about the sum as the called avi fee. According to the Staff, the fee was SEK 29, which occurs if you do not request an invoice. This is not true. My friend called Ecster who informed that the fee is administration fee of 39kr which occurs every month even when you request the invoice !!!

That's what you can expect from a white and gray supermarket.
The sellers go over corpses to sell, but the prices are just as OK.
Last time I ordered home delivery and installation it ended with a failure. The old washing machine is still there, the new one is not yet installed and I have not received any money back. So you buy something there, make sure you double check that you get what you need and arrange for shipping and installation yourself.
