- Many employees but no one is knowledgeable. The staff stood in groups and every time we had a question they were busy with sorting things or internal discussions so no help or clear answers to our questions. What's the point of having all these employees..furniture?

A simulator was apparently broken, no instruction on how to use it, passing staff you can already guess had no idea either.
