I purchased an Electrolux product only attracted by the promotion (set of induction cookware as a gift): if it had not been for this offer, I would have taken a different brand for the same price. Do you notice asterisks, footnotes, or hidden writings that refer to the regulation viewable on the web? The next day I call for information on shipping and mj customer service ensures that I would receive the product within 5 days. Another two days pass and I do not receive any notification and / or notice that updates me on the shipment but in this case I do not receive any response. I contact customer service by phone on 04-08 and they assure me that there is no problem with shipping the product. Unfortunately, on 06/08, I receive an email stating that the product is not available and will be for next week. Given that I paid and I was guaranteed the shipment of the product within 5 days, the problem is also the superficiality with which I was informed: an unclear e-mail that does not even report a new shipping date. I also add that I have been trying to figure out when I will receive the hob since yesterday and still no one is giving me any information. I also asked to get in touch with the Logistics and Quality manager to raise this issue.
