Apart from the fact that I am using one of their products which I would now call "antique" and which still works perfectly (an AEG washing machine from 30 years ago if not more), I was impressed when, at my telephone request, they sent me a copy of the operating manual. of the aforementioned washing machine that I had lost in a move. I did not expect it and I congratulate a company that has taken care to give me assistance on such an old product, complete with a cover letter on headed paper, and of which obviously it keeps a copy.
