We just moved back to town and had not eaten at Frailey's for the last 15 years. Was pleased that they are as good or better than ever. Ate there tonight. Chicken noodle soup was some of the best ever, salad fresh and Ranch dressing was above average, turkey wrap was large, packed tight and with salsa, could not be beat. Will be back there soon.
Being from out of town and just driving up too Frailey's we got lucky!! Lunch was fresh and very good.
The Jerk Wings are the best wings they have. Service is always friendly and fast even when busy. Beer is cold and they have a good liquor selection. Tuesday is $5 burger and frys night. They are great.
Service was horrible. Food was good. Hostess very unfriendly while seating us. Salads came but we didn't have silverware. After ten minutes we got up and tracked the waitress down to ask for silverware...said she would bring it..wasn't in the least apologetic or in a hurry. She went over and took another order at another table. A server brought food to others in our party...asked him for silverware...finally waitress brought some and apologized. Food came while we were still eating our salad because we had to wait so long for silverware. Waitress spilled water in my plate, in my dip and all over the table and on my phone while filling up my water glass. We left soon after.
The food and drinks are great, except when you and your girl order the entree and the waitress forgets the salads and then takes $4 off the bill as if she's doing you a favor. SMH

Not the place to plan to go out. We got there at 5 p . They raised the price for there Tuesdays special more us soon us we got there. So don't go with what they say is there special they raise the price once you get there. They have the poorest service!. We got there at 5PM we got sitted at 5.30pm but we didn't get attended till 7.14!. Poorest service!
Good wings, nice atmosphere. Service during non-peak hours is usually a little slower than one would like, but a great hangout overall.
Food was pretty good. However, service and the wait for our food was a disaster. We watched 3 or 4 tables get seated after us eat, pay and leave before we got our food. We waited 45 mins for 3 plates of food on a Thursday evening. I was very tempted to just get up and leave. Had the waitress at least walked by the table and acknowledge our wait or apologized it was taking so long, I might have given it 4 stars.
Good fast food. Good service. Average prices ragange. You can find coupons sometimes in So. County Journal. I'd go back, anytime.

I think Frailey's has been resting on it's laurels a while. Went in to meet work folks (about 10 total) on a Monday about 6pm. There wasn't a wait to be seated, that was good. The wait for to give our orders was awhile. Completely understand getting 10 orders out, but this place has been in business awhile, ok? The taste of the food was not all that. Maybe it's just expected for people to 'just eat'. It was my second time there and second time was same as the first. It had been hyped up by work folks both times. Just ho hum.
My Monday Night Football group has been coming in for over 25 years. Great service, great food. We are treated like kings. Hamburgers are the best. Wings cannot be beat!!! Group goes away each week full and happy!

We went here for lunch and we waited for our food for over an HOUR. We ordered food that was easy to make. Not sure what the issue was but the food was good overall and our waitress was nice but she was all over the place.

First ever negative experience. Been there many times. Waitress seemed to be in a rush even though the crowd was average. Forgot second drink for my wife. My trashed wings were a little "over trashed". Might try again at a later date.
5 out of 5 stars. We've beeb eating and drinking here for 20 years. Great food. Great service! Also their pizza is the best!! Try the all meat pizza with their house salad and a few glasses of Moscato and you will be smiling and feeling good! Everyone who works their is awesome! They smile a lot and always go the extra step to make sure you are happy! Also kid friendly! My kids are grown now but they still love eating outside!!!

50/50 shot on how you order your food to how it's received. Wait staff is attentive. More times than not it's an decent place to dine, but there is certainly room for improvement. As a member of the community, I would love to see this place flourish and be the best restaurant in the area.

The food was good the service we had was not so good. The waitress had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes because he had a large group. Isn't the point of serving to make money and hope for large groups? I know I wont be back because of her alone.

Love the food, but their seating is TERRIBLE! The chairs are uncomfortable and dig into your leg and the booths are small. We always do take out from there.
I had a nice time there, walked over from my hotel and watched the Cardinals beat the Braves, met lots of nice people. Fun!
Food was great and the staff was very friendly. We were a large group that decided to go there last minute. We were a party of 18 and our waitress was amazing. All orders were correct and the cups were never empty.
Saw the $5 burger and fries deal online for dine-in only. So, we went in order a western and fries. Our bill came, not $5. Was told, "oh, the western isn't included in that". The burgers were burnt on the outside. Just not an impressive visit.

Tried the wings because of the billboard that said they are known for thier grilled wings. Not impressed. If you like burnt hot dogs you might like the wings. One side was way past charred. Kinda dry, a 4 of ten......and that being very generous.
