Amazing Store, amazing service!
Came in knowing what I wanted and the gentleman in there just showed me some more options! Came out with something new to smoke and enjoyed it very much! Highly Recommend to anyone who loves Cigar or even just to get a great experience

What a fantastic shop ( not actually visited yet) but ordering offline it just so easy and so quick when they deliver good prices for brilliant cigars taste so good and smoke so well. The only place I will now buy my cigars from and I do plan to actually come down and see the shop at some point

Best thing during my visit is the free Cohiba Robusto tubo I received from Edward. Just because they didn't have a single cigar case to my liking he went into the humidor and handed me the Cohiba Robusto tubo. Still a bit shocked that the tubo came with the cigar still inside.

This was my first time stepping into Davidoff of London, and I must say, I am glad I did so.

The environment was calming and open. The staff were respectful and engaging.

I had the pleasure of having a consultation with Mr. Edward Sahakian himself. His knowledge was expansive and inspiring. The consultation with me was friendly and calm. It was like making conversation with a friend. I felt like the recommendations were finely tailored to my tastes and lifestyle, and I learned a thing or two just standing in their humidor.

This is the highest level of customer service I have ever received, and I would implore anyone wishing to buy a cigar, or learn about cigars to visit this store. 10/10.

I have a passion for cigars started by a good friend and incredible person; Eddie sahakian. He has kept this shop in excellent condition and it is a true joy to go there.

Smart cigar shop also stocking cigarillos and pipes, plus accessories such as humidors and cutters.

I have visited this shop several times over the years, and it is an experience not to be missed. I was dealt with by Eddie, on one occasion, who is the son of the owner, Mr Sahakian. Eddie's knowledge of cigars was amazing, and I was extremely satisfied with some suggestions that he made for trying some Davidoff cigars. It is worth noting, that although the shop is called 'Davidoff', they do not sell Davidoff products exclusively. They have a wide selection of Havanas that are available as boxes and singles. Apparently they also have a good stock of aged cigars, although these are not on general display. They also stock a high quality selection of pipes and other accessories. Their tobacco range was representative of the UK market, which is sadly becoming more and more sparse.

If you are an experienced smoker, you will be pleased with the quality on offer here. If you are new to smoking, or to cigars in particular, you will definitely benefit from a chat with Eddie, or quite probably any member of staff at the shop.

Seem to be taking customers for granted, especially they know that they are the exclusive seller of Davidoff cigarrleos.

Not only lacking consistency in service (some times small plastic bag instead of large one for 15 packs of cigarillos), but also serving luxurious product in a relatively cutting cost fashion.

Regular customer doesn't really mean much there, you go weekly since more than 6 month (25 times in 6 month) to buy each time a 15 pack of cigarrelos and every time looks at you as if it's the first time to enter their shop.

Sometimes they provide complimentary matches, sometimes small lighter....many times just nothing

They know well that you have no other choice, but to buy Davidoff cigarrloes from them.

I've been in this shop a couple of times and I always go out with a smile and a lovely cigar in my mouth ! The people and the owner are professional which is fantastic!!! For an exempel Alberto ask him for advice about which cigar suits you, and he will tell you for at least 15 minutes the whole history about the brand and the cigar!!!

Fantastic place. Great service; very friendly and helpful; not pushy or intimidating. Extensive selection of great Cuban cigars; classics, vintages and regional exclusives. Must visit for every cigar lover. They also carry a decent selection of single malts and other spirits.

A place that completely exudes quality and exclusivity. It is just nice to browse through and cigars wise they will probably have anything you want. It is a throughly exciting and fun shopping experience. very nice. the geneva one is better though

I recently purchased at this store 3 packages of Borkum Riff Original pipe tobacco. The lady attendant placed the three packages into 2 grip seal bags, placed them into an elegant carrier bag, I paid and left.
Two weeks later when I went to open one of the packages taking it out of the seal bag, I found that the tobacco pouch, which normally is vacuum packed was open, the vacuum seal broken and the tobacco dry. I was sold a store sampler pouch of tobacco as being a legitimate product.
I will not be taking my custom to this store again but recommend that anyone purchasing here make careful inspection of what is handed to them in the shopping bag is truly what they have paid for.

Bought my first pipe here yesterday. No doubting they are a top quality outlet. The guy that only smokes cigars and not pipes would do well to remember not to act like a snooty git. A customer is a customer wether they be a famous movie star, MP, Officer of a local Regiment or me.

Davidoff is the perfect place to get your cigars and/or pipe tobacco, yes it will be slightly more expensive than shopping online but its the experience of shopping at a prestigious store with staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable that makes it worth it, highly recommend to those visiting London

What is a cigar shop? I did not enter because I did not smoke, but it was a fun store just to look in from the outside (^_^)

So far, I have been to this shop twice on the recommendation of a good friend and I have yet to be truly disappointed. The staff have an excellent knowledge of cigars and are incredibly helpful and the range of cigars, pipes sand pipe tobacco means that anyone can find a favourite.
On my most recent visit, I met Martin and Alberto, having already met Eddy on my first visit. They were incredibly helpful, especially in accommodating my wheelchair. I was able to access the walk in humidor and see the range that they stock. I was also informed that due to an exemption, I would be able to sample one of my cigars there so that is what I did. The cigar was truly excellent, having been picked by an employee to ensure that it would have a good draw.
After smoking for a little while, a female employee whose name I don't know came to me to tell me that I shouldn't be staying there for that long. She said that in future I should go elsewhere to a cigar lounge at the Bulgari Hotel. Being hurried along is fine when there is a good reason for it, but as far as I could tell, there was no one else wanting to sit in the chair that I was taking up and I couldn't exactly leave the place while still smoking the cigar since my wheelchair relies on my hands being free. Also, it was raining quite heavily at this point.
I left the rest of my cigar, said my goodbyes and left. I'm sure that this won't put me off visiting again, as I am searching for the perfect pipe tobacco to suit me, but I might be a little uncomfortable with sampling cigars there in future.
Otherwise, I was very happy. The staff, especially Alberto, Leo, and Martin, were all very helpful.

I ve visited the place for Cigars and the humidifier room was spot on as it s well maintained. The staff where so friendly and hosted me with greetings and their recommendations on the limited edition cigars where spot on. Came for Davidoff Yamasa but I ended up buying more kinds of cigars with no regret. Highly recommended for Cigars lovers.

If you're into traditional tobacco pipes, this is the place to go. They're one of the (very) few places in London that have pipe tobacco; and what a selection. They offer a vast menu and the cans are usually fresh as well. Staff is courteous, you'll never be rushed and no question or query is too exhaustive. They've also carry a large selection of accessories from traditional tampers to more functional ones; and lighters... oh the lighters. If you're near, definitely give this place a try for all your cigar, pipe and tobacco needs. Will definitely visit again.

Entering Davidoff is like walking back to a time when gentleman actually existed and smoking was considered stylish as well as a pleasure. Service is always a priority from the staff here and every consideration is given to each customer as if they were the companies most important customer.

This place is a real treat for a keen cigar smoker. The finest connoisseurs are there on hand to give their advice on what they know best. These guys know what they're talking about and the thing is they enjoy talking about cigars.

There are also two coffee shops around the corner from this shop which you can enjoy your cigar over a coffee perhaps.

Davidoff is the friendliest of places in London. For experienced cigar smokers they won't patronize you, but attempt to gauge your palette and help you chose a cigar that suits you. For those less experienced it is a chance to learn and get a feel for cigars, while standing in their walk in humidor and appreciating the incredible range of cigars that exist and are to be enjoyed. Anyone considering getting into cigars or anyone from a strong cigar background should visit Davidoff as soon as possible.

Really impressive shop. I went to get a pipe for my housemate, corn cob. I entered a very busy shop. I couldn't see any cheap pipes and so I waited for a short while until I could talk to someone. The lady who served me was exceedingly helpful, showing me exactly where their corn cob and clay pipes were. Once I had picked one out we had a short conversation about my housemate and she offered suggestions for several pipe tobaccos.
