I purchased an Electrolux product only attracted by the promotion (set of induction cookware as a gift): if it had not been for this offer, I would have taken a different brand for the same price.
Well, after sending the registered letter as requested and then spending more money, the practice was refused because the shop where I purchased the product does not adhere to the initiative.
Please note that the flyer inside the purchased product reads "FROM MARCH 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2018 BUY AN ELECTROLUX INDUCTION HOB, AS A GIFT THE EXCLUSIVE SET OF POTS FOR INDUCTION COOKING".
Do you notice asterisks, footnotes, or hidden writings that refer to the regulation viewable on the web?
Not me, ergo this is a misleading advertising, otherwise I repeat I would have bought something else.

With this my Electrolux experience ends here, also hoping that the purchased plan breaks down as much as possible in these 24 months to make you do all the possible technical assistance outputs.
I have spent my money, but I am more relieved if a user, even one, decides not to buy your product after reading this text.
For sure, from me and my family you won't have a single euro from here on out.
