Got ulat parking here. If you parking inside, got people who ask you to pay rm6. if parking outside rm3. Why need to pay when the parking is so big..inside builiding is ok, got many restaurants and shops.

totally disappoint with they management ... elevator always break down ...

Big mall but poor tenants mix. Good selection of F&B outlets though.

In between okay and good for shopping.
They should have tighten their security to avoid unwanted case.

It is a nice shopping mall. But lately, people will prefer to go to Imago and Suria Sabah. But as this mall is the nearest to my house so we prefer 1B often. Big Xmas tree at the entrance. Starbucks, GSC Cinema, Giants, KfC, McD and others..

Easy to find personal things here, must have membership card(no expiry)

It's good. The customer service is good. But it's only have two counter and sometimes only one could works. When queue it takes like 5-8 minutes for one customer. I wish for lots of improvement especially at the cashier part.

Lots of ATM closed down, those who want to go to 1Borneo should withdraw their money somewhere else first (Alamesra is the nearest place with a lot of banks). It prides itself in being the largest hypermall in Borneo, but that doesn't mean anything when there are a lot of unused space and the quality of facilities (toilet, elevator, escalator) is very poor. The management should do something to improve the mall.

Opening hours are 10: 00.22: 00 but usually open late and close early. The elevator is not very good. Shop around.
Push the supermarket inside! CP is high, suitable for buying souvenirs, and MYR settlement.
The most common supermarket here is not 7-11, but Orange. Their ice is cheap and delicious. You are welcome to eat all the flavors.
Cinema movie tickets are cheap.
The bowling alley can go to play well.
There are arcade game shops.

A lot shopping center but that is big mall easy to get lost from where you are my daddy don't like that mall but I like it

If you wanted to go for a simple date with your partner then, you can choose 1Borneo, because there's cinema, high class restaurant and also fast food corner ( mcd & kfc ) . For married couple, no worries there's few of places that are made for children to have play.

Good place to hang out with friends. Cinema, game, karaoke etc

It has to be understood that this place has turned its focus towards students. Once a mall with high street outlets, now it is filled with reasonably priced outlets to cater to students especially UMS students.

4 star is highest rate.I give this rate because still didn't have more malls to make a comparing which one is the COOLEST and the BEST for SABAHAN people. The socioeconomi here SOO SLOW. I'm SABAHAN would like to see where is the Slogan Malaysia is the modern country at YEAR 2020. Just a few years to that year. SABAH Still nothing Only the Putrajaya will achive For that SLOGAN...

A very comprehensive building, the best is because there is a theater!

Escalator and lift always not working. What are they doing. Big mall with no escalator and lift in function

Price was not reasonable for some of the products even though it was under promotion tagging. Price written wasn't the latest price offered. Price tagging for some of the products at the rack was missing and the service was really bad. The employees there do not have good manner
